Hotel in zona Ferreria Agorregui, Guipuzcoa Province

Stupenda esperienza con personale amichevole e servizio eccellente. Il massaggio e il bagno con il lasso erano di alta qualità. La posizione è fredda tra la montagna di spiaggia e facile commutazione al centro di San Sebastián. Molto consiglio a chiunque!

This was our first trip to Madrid and the northern cities of Spain so we wanted to take in some of the highlights of the region. Our son and daughter-in-law met us in Donastia San Sebastián and had the wise forethought to spend a night in the Basque countryside resort at this picturesque hotel nestled in the rolling, plush green valley approximately 30 minutes outside the bustling city. The moment we drove through the winding roads of the charming town leading to the inn’s entrance I knew we were in for a delightful treat. Despite a rather greeting from the gentleman at the front desk who checked us in, we were enthralled by the decor of the interior public rooms and each of our spacious guest rooms with breathtaking sights and sounds of the outdoors. Dinner was a most impressive Michelin menu, with palatable and delectable presentations. A small but sufficient and equally tasty breakfast was served the next morning to send us off with warm and wonderful memories of our stay.

I was emailed a code to get into the property, there was no one on reception to welcome me. I booked in a hurry and my bad, didnt realise this is a digital property, I have never heard of such a thing. I managed to get into the building, found the room numbering system very confusing, the lovely cleaning man who spoke no English assisted me to my room where we discovered my door code would not open the dorm room door. After ten tries he went and got a card and I managed to open at door. It was at this point that an ungodly stench, reminiscent of a football team locker room after a game, hit me in the face. It was absolutely disgusting. There were five sweaty guys in their marinating in each others stench. It was after midnight, I was exhausted, I went to bed. Immediately in the morning I went to the front desk and asked to be moved, there was a bit of mucking about because the lovely girl there was only admin and had to call someone else who had to call me back...the answer was pretty straight - You booked a share room, deal with it. I asked for a refund and was told No. I took breakfast which was extremely basic. I had to return to the room, opened the curtains and the window as wide as it would go to air the room out. I'd say this place isn't bad unless you have an issue, then you are on your own. The facilities are pretty average. They have only one washing machine and dryer for the entire hostel and the bathrooms on my floor, the toilet was half broken and only one out of two showers had a door that locked. It is quite far from the center of town. To top it off, I had twice emailed the hostel to advise I have a disability and require a bottom bunk and to ask if they have a private fridge where I could store my medication. They never responded and my meds need to be in the fridge, I had no choice but to leave them in the very small and hardly sterile or secure, common room fridge. When I retrieved the bag on the last day, more than half my medicine was missing. Very expensive and much needed medicine. I came away with a six month supply, now reduced to six weeks and I can not afford to replace them. Not a happy camper but what can you do ? I left but hey, it is cheap and you might have a better experience.

My recent stay at Green Nest Hostel left me with mixed feelings. The decision to choose this hostel was primarily driven by its competitive pricing compared to other options in the area, and the presence of free parking and Wi-Fi. On the positive side, the availability of free parking and Wi-Fi was a definite plus, especially after a long drive. However, there was a notable drawback that significantly impacted my stay - the mosquito situation. The room lacked air conditioning, and with a desire for fresh air, I opened the window. Unfortunately, this decision led to an invasion of mosquitoes that made it nearly impossible to sleep comfortably. It's important for future guests to be aware of this issue, especially if staying during warmer months.

L’hotel era molto pulito! Il letto super comodo! Come una bella buona sorpresa

We had an excellent stay in this lovely hotel. Spacious rooms, a beautiful view, great food and wine in the restaurant and most of all an extremely warm welcome from our hosts. This was an ideal stop before the ferry in Bilbao the next morning.

¡Stanza fantastica! L'hotel è la verità che è fantastico, camere super ampie e pulite con un bagno enorme (nel mio caso era camera doppia) dotate di asciugamani, asciugacapelli e gel/shampoo liquido per la doccia. Il letto era molto comodo, sia il letto che le mutandine, e per la notte c'era un silenzio assoluto (anche un sabato sera). Per quanto riguarda il servizio, eccezionale, il personale molto attento al telefono sembrava stare e ti risolvono ogni dubbio che potessi avere. RACCOMANDO chiamare l'hotel quando si trova 4-5 giorni prima dell'ingresso per fornire loro un messaggio di posta elettronica e per inviare un link per effettuare il check-in, poiché questo viene effettuato in modo virtuale e attraverso trip.como il link di registrazione non ti viene raggiunto Non c'è nessuna ricezione fisica, l'hotel funziona per codice e è un sistema super comodo. L'hotel si trova in una zona super buona, con uno dei migliori tasche della città a soli 4 passi nella stessa stanza. Ritorno a sistemarmi senza dubbio quando torno in zona

La posizione è buona se si dispone di una macchina, non è vicino (distanza passeggiata) alla città, ma allo stesso tempo è davvero buona posizione. Il servizio è fantastico, tutti sono stati gentili con noi e si sono impegnati a aiutare se ci chiedevamo qualcosa. Il personale del bar Snack (caffetteria) è il migliore dei migliori, così come il personale di manutenzione. L'unica cosa cattiva è stata l'AC, non abbiamo idea se fosse ”caldo” per il nuovo ordine o per qualcosa di diverso, ma purtroppo la posizione dell'hotel è così vicino ad un'autostrada, la stanza era tranquilla e buona, ma cerchiamo di dormire un po' più freddo, e con la finestra aperta era impossibile
