L'hotel è molto conveniente, poiché ci sono negozi vicino a piedi solo in pochi minuti. La colazione è buona e deliziosa e sicuramente sceglierebbe questo hotel di nuovo.

Servizi: mini versione della lavastoviglie Igiene: è pulito ancora (non guardato attentamente la notte) Ambiente: soggiorno nella stanza 66, fuori dalla finestra è il parcheggio e il corridoio e la stazione di raffreddamento; Servizio: un gruppo di persone che incontrarono la festa di giardino quel giorno ha sbattuto più di un po' nel parcheggio della finestra della stanza. Non posso accettare di trovare la ricetta per cambiare la stanza e dire che la stanza era piena e non era stata trattata fino a due ore prima di calmarsi.

Martina è stata chiamata da un vecchio che cercava di recuperare soldi da una compagnia ferroviaria (che aveva cancellato il suo treno) per le spese di notte a Asperion. Martina gli inviava un PDF delle sue spese, che non poteva aprire sul suo vecchio computer, e era così preoccupata per lui che gli chiamava due volte, gli inviava le sue spese in altri due formati, e si accertava che capisse cosa fare. Era tutto sopra e oltre il suo dovere, e mi sentivo così impressionato (aspettavo un taxi e sentivo tutto), che mi piaceva essere all'Asperion, ma era più come un B&B con l'opzione di cena che un hotel. Tutto era pulito e la colazione era buona, ma le camere erano piccole e non c'era spazio per il magazzino, per esempio, vestiti piegati.

A nice old hotel right in the middle of the high street. Room good and the welcome pleasant. If staying I strongly suggest you ask for a room at the rear of the building. All night long vehicles unload in our case right under our window, making it impossible to sleep as the sash windows offer no sound proofing. Would I stay again - most likely not.

The doors are heavy and the steps are slippery under raining conditions. Also the network is very bad

We were visiting Worplesdon for a Golden Wedding party. Our friends recommended the Asperion Hillside and we were not disappointed. A couple of minor issues were effectively and quickly sorted, and particular thanks go to Lily on reception, Derek at breakfast and owner Daniel. We loved the immaculate garden with its lovely fish pond where we sat and enjoyed the sunny September morning before we left for the lunch party.

Pros Coordinator – our wedding coordinator was brilliant from the start; Liz was great in communicating, understanding our needs and providing flexibility and attention to detail to planning. Liz made sure we were consulted every step of the way, was quick at getting back to us, made us feel like everything was in hand and taken care of. The final details were handled well and Liz ensured the team was fully briefed for the big day. Team - the staff did a fantastic job setting up the venue. We provided certain decorations ourselves and the staff did a great job decorating to exact requirements. The operations manager, Lajos, was our coordinator on the day. We were very impressed with him. Lajos was at the venue late the night before and present for the entire wedding day. He checked in on us at every step, without overwhelming us and really made the day flow smoothly and stress free. Everyone knew their roles, the day was well orchestrated and if there were issues on the day, we didn’t know about it. Very happy with Lajos and the team. Hotel – the rooms were beautifully made, especially the honeymoon suite that overlooks the rear of the hotel and the gardens. It made the day even more special. The hotel grounds were immaculate and every guest commended on how beautiful the grounds were. Food – the taster menu was arranged 6-8 weeks prior to the wedding. We made suggestions to the menu and were happy with how the food came out on the wedding day. The canapés, wedding breakfast and evening buffet were delicious, beautifully presented, and the breakfast the following day was superb. Cons Dance Floor - the room allocated to evening dancing, is required to have a proper dance floor, roughly £600. No other venue we visited required a dance floor. Overall, we were given the best possible wedding day.

We recently stayed at this hotel as a family of 10, booking several superior rooms. Unfortunately, our initial experience with the rooms was disappointing. The superior rooms were far below expectations — think shabby Travelodge. After raising the issue with the staff, they did move us to more appropriate rooms, which was appreciated, but we were charged for one of the room changes as it had to be an upgrade which, given the time it took and the disruption to our first day was disappointing. The buffet dining experience was also underwhelming. The food quality reminded us of school dinners — it did not live up to the standards we expected from a hotel in this price range. Breakfast was OK. On the positive side, the staff were very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to assist us with our concerns, and their service was the highlight of our stay. However, there was a significant overcharge on each room's final bill. Thankfully, this was resolved after we sought clarification, but it added unnecessary stress to our departure. Overall, while the hotel has some strong points, particularly with its excellent staff, the quality of some of the rooms and food needs improvement. With better attention to detail, this hotel could offer a much better experience.
