I loved everything about this hotel and definitely recommend it. First, the location: it is 15-20 minutes walk from the Napoli Centrale railway station. The old city starts just behind the building. It was convenient to walk everywhere including Umberto Gallery. And number 5000 bus to Pompei stops in 5 minutes walk. Sole365 supermarket in 10 minutes walk. The stuff was very nice and welcoming. The owner gave us the citymap with his instructions on where to walk. There was a breakfast included, which was a coffee and some sweets like croissants and so on. It is provided in the hotel public lounge with nice view. The hotel is also very clean and interior is nice. Love that place. The only thing I would recommend to change is to add a microwave for public use, which would be convenient for those who purchase food in supermarkets.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno assolutamente meraviglioso in questo appartamento! Lo spazio è splendidamente progettato con un look contemporaneo, che lo rende sia moderno che accogliente. Ogni dettaglio è stato attentamente considerato e i comfort funzionali hanno reso il mio soggiorno incredibilmente confortevole. La fornitura di acqua calda era costante, il che è stato un grande vantaggio! Ciò che ha reso davvero speciale la mia esperienza è stato il proprietario, che è stato incredibilmente gentile, disponibile e ha fatto di tutto per assicurarsi che avessi tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno. L'appartamento in sé è pulitissimo e la moderata colazione mattutina è stata un tocco delizioso che ha aggiunto un tocco di casa. La posizione è un altro punto forte: è convenientemente vicino alla metropolitana, rendendo facile l'accesso a qualsiasi parte della città. Che tu sia qui per visitare la città o per lavoro, questo appartamento è situato in una posizione perfetta per esplorare e spostarsi. Consiglio vivamente questo posto a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno confortevole, elegante e accogliente. Ti sentirai come a casa qui! Ci tornerei sicuramente e non potrò mai ringraziare abbastanza il proprietario per un'esperienza così piacevole.

Camera pulita, comunicazione ottima!

Esperienza terribile con questo hotel. Dopo aver confermato la prenotazione e arrivato in zona il proprietario sparisce per ore, non risponde ai messaggi o alle telefonate e non lascia nessuno nella proprietà per il check-in, abbiamo dovuto implorare la gente del posto di aiutarci a ottenere il numero di telefono del proprietario. Inoltre, quando abbiamo fatto il check-in abbiamo dovuto avere a che fare con persone che non parlavano inglese (come si fa ad affittare proprietà all'estero senza poter comunicare?) e hanno anche chiesto il pagamento delle tasse in contanti anche se non avevano resto, quindi abbiamo finito per pagare più del dovuto. La proprietà in sé è molto bella e pulita, ma consiglio di starne alla larga.

Hotel ha causato sentimenti contraddittori).Positivo: Situazione confortevole nel centro della città, vicino al metro e vista. Cosa non piaceva: la ricerca con la soluzione (in linea di principio, tutto è chiaro quali pulsanti, ma è necessario passare 3 porte chiuse). La posizione del condizionatore sotto la finestra e dietro la cortina). La cosa principale è che non c'era acqua calda, né al mattino, né alla sera, solo al pomeriggio. Io andrei di nuovo in questo hotel, non credo.

This property is in an excellent location - just a few minutes' walk away from the train station (including the Circumvesuviana trains and the metro) and airport bus stop, and with a fairly big supermarket near the start of the street. Our triple room was spacious and the welcome amenities were much appreciated, but the bathroom had a few quirks we had to get used to - the shower was not fully enclosed so it was easy for water to run everywhere, the toilet had a faint odour (as is typical of many of plumbing in older buildings) so the lid is best left shut), and the vanity was very compact. We arrived late in the evening and arranged for a late check in with the super friendly host (at an extra charge) and this worked very well. All in all, we thought this was a good value for money option for spending a day or two exploring this historic city.

Really nice apartment/hotel, great location, we travelled with my 7 year old, he loved it as the the single bed was on an upper level in the same room where we could hear and see him. Mini fridge with water and soft drinks, tea and kettle, safe and toiletries all available in the room. Although the apartment is on a very busy and noisy street the windows were double glazing and there was an extra set of doors that stopped the noise and light from the outside. The breakfast consists of pastries, cereal and fruit and you can request a toasted cheese sandwich. There was also a choice of juices and coffee/tea etc. Stefano was very welcoming and helping as were all the staff we encountered. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend for all types of travellers.

Non è la prima volta che soggiorno in questa zona di Napoli e trovo la posizione molto comoda: a 3 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria di Porta Nolana e a 10 minuti da Napoli Centrale. Ci sono diversi supermercati nelle vicinanze, tra cui Eurospin, con una buona selezione di prodotti alimentari e prezzi bassi. Fermate di autobus e tram sono vicine all'hotel. L'hotel si trova al terzo piano di un edificio con diverse camere e una cucina. La cucina è attrezzata con stoviglie, macchina del caffè e bollitore. Ci sono diversi tavolini per gustare un caffè. Le camere sono nuove, recentemente ristrutturate e arredate con gusto. Hanno materassi comodi, cuscini piacevoli, lenzuola fresche e asciugamani in abbondanza. La doccia ha sempre acqua calda. La camera è dotata di mini-frigo e mobiletto con specchio. Ogni due giorni viene effettuata una pulizia approfondita, con cambio degli asciugamani e rifornimento dei prodotti da bagno. La nostra camera aveva due balconi con una vista mozzafiato sul campanile e sul porto. Considerando il prezzo relativamente basso, penso che sia un soggiorno con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, soprattutto con l'ulteriore vantaggio di una vista spettacolare. Il personale dell'hotel è stato molto gentile e sempre disponibile ad aiutarci sia con il check-in che per qualsiasi altra domanda avessimo. Abbiamo prolungato il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel di altri tre giorni.

Service was amazing. Luciano was great and friendly. He helped us with the early check-in and Oriana (we spoke with her just through phone) was amazing too. The lady cleaning and working there was great too: Patrizia was too nice and I am just too sad that I forgot to leave her a big tip. Area is not central but still amazing. Calmer than other areas and nicer for sure. You can easily reach any other part of the city. Also, there are many restaurants and bar close. For us it was also perfect since it is right by the American Embassy, that is where we needed to go. Coffee machine in the common area was also amazing. Best choice and the price was amazing too. I will definitely go back again.

Very hard to get in touch with the customer service. There's no reception so you have to rely on the email communication or phone when they operate, but they hardly reply your emails and you are likely to be on hold for at least 10 mins for phone call. If you arrive late at night, forget about getting the keys. The location is on a typical Naples hill which was a very unique experience for us. Very local and surrounded by local neighbourhoods. But I would not recommend it to a person, especially women, travelling solo. There's no noise cancellation between walls. But the room itself is very spacious. We have no problem staying there again, but just wanted to let people know who are considering this place.
