Stavo qui mentre visitavo mia figlia. Sono un membro di Hilton Honors e cercavo di rimanere in un hotel affiliato quando posso. L'hotel stesso è buono - niente di particolare ricordabile, tranne il personale. Il personale del front desk non è solo molto amichevole, ma è stato molto utile e trasparente sul fatto che ci sarebbero tre tornei quando ho chiesto di estendere la mia visita di una notte. Perche' stavo per un po' per avere un posto per il giorno, era importante che avessi un posto ragionevole per lavorare. Mi hanno dato una stanza al primo piano, alla fine, così mi sarei allontanato dalla maggior parte della mossa. Camera spaziale, buon lavoro spazio- letto era buono. E' un po' date, ma la mia stanza era pulita. Il colazione all'ora era lavorato per me, come potevo prenderla e tornare al lavoro. E' stato prezioso per quello che avete, ma il personale è andato sopra e oltre.

***** WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ***** I have now witnessed the most incompetent guest service at a hotel ever. My background is Hotels. I worked at Claridges one of the most prestigious five star hotels in London England with Gordon Ramsey as our executive chef. I also worked as the head concierge at The Rimrock Resort Hotel in Banff as some examples. We were trained properly to go above and beyond a guests expectations. Upon arrival we waited over two and a half hours to get checked in as we were the only ones there at the time. Unfortunately due to the horrible management of this property they left a new team member on the front desk that had only been working there for a week. (complete failure on their part) He was absolutely lost and even said while he was dealing with me that he was going to have a heart attack or commit suicide after his shift. He was so flustered trying to get any kind of help from management on the phone. Finally the night auditor showed up and was able to check-in the backlog of guests sitting around the lobby. We had a confirmed booking for 2 Queens beds and upon our arrival into our room it was a king and sofa bed. I went back down to the lobby and they said that they would deal with it in the morning as the manager would get back to me about the room and our experience the night before. (I'd also just had back surgery 5 weeks prior) Our rate for the two Queens was 169 per night. After a Week (not the next day as promised) I finally received a call from the hotel operations manager Nalini Cackryanathen about my experience. She explained I would also not qualify for the 169 as we had a king bed and would have to pay 229 instead? ***? WE BOOKED AND HAD CONFIRMED TWO QUEEN BEDS with a confirmation number. In the end they offered a free night voucher to the hotel - NO CHANCE WE WILL GO BACK EVEN FOR FREE. I asked for the owners email so I could explain what is going on in his hotel and they refused saying he's not hands on and isn't really interested in the daily operations of his property? 🤯 I guess it comes from the top down!

Tutto era eccellente. Check-in e check-out era veloce e facile. La stanza era pulita e comoda. Il colazione era buona, c'era una varietà di frutta, yogurt e anche fare i vostri waffles. Rimango sicuramente di nuovo e consiglio questo hotel.

Absolutely overpriced, a friend was billed $50 for a dirty face cloth. dirty smelly rooms, front staff is horrible. I could honestly go on and on but why. This place will never change. I can not wait until the Holiday inn up the road is renovated and back up and running. DON'T STAY HERE. go to Hampton suites pay a little more for A WHOLE LOT BETTER. Back again because I had no choice. And once again nothing but issues. Called 2 hours before checking in and put the names on my three reservations and asked for the specific rooms. I was told the king executive with Jacuzzi and the couch bed was taken sorry. I asked how many kings executive with Jacuzzi do you have? They replied 2. I said that's funny as I booked both and have confirmation numbers how can it be taken? After 20 mins on hold she got back on the phone and said oh yes, they are both in your name. I gave the names for each room and what room # they go to. Got a call 30 mins later from our friend saying she was there, and her name is not on the reservation, and they have no idea. Once I arrived after 30 mins, we finally got it solved and checked in. About 1 hour later I noticed they charged my card $800 for incidentals. That's $200 a night per room per night for the 2 executive suites as the queen room was being paid for by the person staying in it. An absolute joke. The hotel is a joke. DON'T EVER STAY HERE. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. PS to anyone booking a group booking DON'T. Years ago, we had a contract for a certain number of rooms for our event and they cancelled approx. a month before our event on us. I assume they got a bigger contract because they tried to say they double booked us, and the other group booked first. Funny when I asked for proof there was a convenient computer issue. Just checked out one of the 2 rooms had ants. Hundreds of ants. The front desk solution was to give us bleach in a spray bottle from the laundry so we could spray and kill them. Then sleep smelling bleach. Lol fabulous. Picture is just a tiny amount of the hoards. Killed and cleaned up hundreds. I noticed the day after they billed me $50 for a missing blanket. I called the manager who says the brown blanket in the closet is missing. YES, IT IS because it is on the dirty couch bed my daughter slept in all weekends. *** Obviously, the staff does not clean there rooms very well at all******
