Guelph: i migliori hotel con palestra

L'impressione generale che si cammina in è un tema visivo sommerso, angolare, non troppo accogliente.La nostra stanza ha la stessa vibrazione. Era ben tenuto e il letto era molto comodo, ma il condizionamento d’aria era rumoroso e ci teneva sveglia fino a quando non ce l’abbiamo fatta e ci siamo chiusi. Il pranzo è una battuta: una stalla vicino alla ricezione che vendeva oggetti mediocre, presumibilmente marcati da Starbucks, da mangiare in mano, che dovevano essere riscaldati in un forno e consumati seduti in una tavola vuota vicino.

Durante un viaggio d'affari qui, gli hotel circostanti sono considerati i migliori della loro casa e anche la colazione è considerata ricca. Uno sconto è stato dato al nome dell'azienda del cliente. Non male

Purtroppo, questa visita alle regioni occidentali dell'Ontario è stata colpita da alberghi lontani che, nonostante la piccola città in cui si trovavano, sembravano comunque molto più lontani nelle regioni esterne di quanto la maggior parte dei viaggiatori avessero voluto fare. Il posto aveva un bel personale e un buffet colazione gratuito, ma un altro problema era che la TV era rotta o non potevo capire come farla funzionare. Attaccato è un'immagine di quanto lontano era situato!

***** WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ***** I have now witnessed the most incompetent guest service at a hotel ever. My background is Hotels. I worked at Claridges one of the most prestigious five star hotels in London England with Gordon Ramsey as our executive chef. I also worked as the head concierge at The Rimrock Resort Hotel in Banff as some examples. We were trained properly to go above and beyond a guests expectations. Upon arrival we waited over two and a half hours to get checked in as we were the only ones there at the time. Unfortunately due to the horrible management of this property they left a new team member on the front desk that had only been working there for a week. (complete failure on their part) He was absolutely lost and even said while he was dealing with me that he was going to have a heart attack or commit suicide after his shift. He was so flustered trying to get any kind of help from management on the phone. Finally the night auditor showed up and was able to check-in the backlog of guests sitting around the lobby. We had a confirmed booking for 2 Queens beds and upon our arrival into our room it was a king and sofa bed. I went back down to the lobby and they said that they would deal with it in the morning as the manager would get back to me about the room and our experience the night before. (I'd also just had back surgery 5 weeks prior) Our rate for the two Queens was 169 per night. After a Week (not the next day as promised) I finally received a call from the hotel operations manager Nalini Cackryanathen about my experience. She explained I would also not qualify for the 169 as we had a king bed and would have to pay 229 instead? ***? WE BOOKED AND HAD CONFIRMED TWO QUEEN BEDS with a confirmation number. In the end they offered a free night voucher to the hotel - NO CHANCE WE WILL GO BACK EVEN FOR FREE. I asked for the owners email so I could explain what is going on in his hotel and they refused saying he's not hands on and isn't really interested in the daily operations of his property? 🤯 I guess it comes from the top down!
