Non c'è acqua calda in un hotel del genere. Il telefono del servizio in camera non arriva mai. La reception ha detto che avrebbero mandato qualcuno a fare il check-out, ma non è venuto nessuno.

Excellent hotel located in zone 9. Very close to the airport and not too far from the historical center. International restaurants are close by. Room is spacious and clean. Two bottles of water are given daily. Amenities are also well equipped. Love it!

Water leaked from the bathroom into the washroom. Also, I could hear noises from the next room.

Considering the rating of the hotel, I expected better service. It wasn’t bad service but not on par with other 4/5 star hotels I’ve been to throughout the world. Room was clean and comfortable although the interior is a bit outdated. I would probably choose to stay elsewhere next time for the price.

Best food, best attentive service, best massage ever recieved. Super clean, super friendly a 5 star hotel with economical prices. Only 40minutes from Antigua Free shuttle services and free parking if you decide to rent a car

蠻好的 在機場邊上 房間挺大的 也很乾凈 服務很好 態度不錯 一樓的酒吧西班牙海鮮飯好吃的 買了泡麪，他還把微波爐送到房間來給你用。

Близко от аэропорта, большой отель, очень хороший завтрак, комната светлая. Даже было 2 балкона . Но вид с балконов на какие-то задние дворы с машинами и строительным мусором

Para nosotros siempre será el mejor hotel, mi mamá se quedó con un grupo de amigas y lo disfrutaron al máximo, ella ama el hotel, el spa y estar compartiendo en las amenidades del lugar, amamos hotel Barceló!

酒店地理位置不錯，商務出行很方便。房間視野很好有外陽台辦公很愜意。離機場比較近如果不關窗會比較吵，但是關窗後隔音效果很好。 不足之處在於早餐品種比較少，另外兩家餐館味道也一般，不推薦日料餐廳，拉麪味道中國人和拉美人都覺得不好吃。

這間酒店到機場很近，每次來危地馬拉都住他們家或者威斯汀，這間性價比更高一些，步行5分鐘有一間很好吃的中餐廳，酒店比較舒適，早餐種類多，很豐富
