Non è più adatto per i viaggiatori d'affari per i turisti. Non è possibile organizzare riunioni in aree pubbliche (di business, salone, o patio). Se si intende rilassarsi o avere una discussione d'affari casuale sarà molto difficile. I miei clienti (locali) e me stesso mi hanno ripetutamente chiesto di rimuovere la musica, anche leggermente. Abbiamo ricevuto il parere del personale che non era possibile per la politica di gestione. Il patio non è stato possibile sedersi in piedi, perché i grandi oratori sono direttamente sopra la testa. Ci sono migliori hotel nella zona che sono più idonei. Miglior per i turisti per un fermo.

Grande posizione -- 10 minuti dall'aeroporto, e considerando il traffico assolutamente terribile in Guatemala, siamo stati davvero grati di essere così vicini. Il buffet del mercato (il principale luogo di pranzo per colazione, pranzo e cena, più cocktail di domenica quando il bar Maya è chiuso) è stato eccellente! E ha offerto una varietà di cibo guatemalteco sul buffet. Il personale di attesa era molto attento. La colazione ha iniziato alle 6:30 e grazie a questo buffet siamo riusciti a entrare e uscire in tempo per le 7:00, andiamo a prendere un giro. Le camere erano grandi, i letti erano comodi, le finestre sono state provate (specialmente importante perché si è così vicino all'aeroporto). Non c'è concierge per aiutarvi, quindi si deve contare sulla ricerca di un agente di servizio frontale disponibile. Spesso abbiamo trovato che dovremmo aspettare 15 minuti per le persone che accedono o escono. Il servizio di taxi privato è stato ”dedicato” per le operazioni aeroportuali. E'stato bene... dopo 25 minuti di attesa per il ”no show” abbiamo un taxi per 1/2 il prezzo.Presentato per un trasferimento all'aeroporto al momento della partenza, perché alle 5 era l'opzione più affidabile... e il conducente è arrivato 10 minuti prima, quindi non abbiamo dovuto Temo che la nostra permanenza sia soddisfatta. Bello hotel in una grande posizione - entro mezzo isolato dal Westin, Holiday Inn, ecc. - ”il” posto da essere (Zona 10). Sicuro per passeggiare intorno alla notte, ecc. E c'è un grande negozio di regali che offre vestiti guatemaltesi di qualità, artigianato, cioccolato, ecc.

I arrived on September 17th 1:12 pm to check in to this hotel. The receptionist guy said check in was not until 3:00pm. I could have sworn I saw something on the hotels.com website that said there was a 2 hour early check in option. Pretty sure I chose it. Not sure how it didn't register. So I decided to check out the restaurant. I sat down and was greeted but a waiter. He said, we have great buffet with bla bla bla bla” I can't remember but he was REALLY trying to sell it. So I took a look at the buffet. It looked alright. There was no price visible anywhere so I didn't know how much it was. I asked the waiter and he told me to wait. He went to some room to get a scratch piece of paper. He wrote the price on the paper. It was kinda vague and his hand writing was strange. I had to ask him 3 times to clarify the price. He finally said “$34 for the lunch buffet”..... I immediately grabbed my bags and walked out. I've been all over the world and can't remember paying anywhere near that much for a lunch buffet. Not even in Europe. Around 3:00pm I was given my room key and room number. Took the elevator to room 802. It was a pretty nice room overall. The refrigerator didn't work though. Later on that night I asked some receptionist guy if I could get my refrigerator replaced. He said he would make a note of it and first thing in the morning it would be replaced. It wasn't. Around noon time the next day I went down the reception and asked a lady if she had any notes about someone needing a refrigerator replaced. Instead of answering my question she asked what my room number was. I again asked her if the receptionist guy from last night passed on the information. She again wouldn't answer and kept asking for my room number. This went on about 3 minutes or so. She then asked my name. I told her. She used this to find my room number. Still no answers about why I still had no replacement refrigerator and if any info was passed on from last night. She said I would get a replacement refrigerator soon. I didn't. Around 4:00pm I heard some cleaning ladies in the hall. I told her my refrigerator didn't work and asked them if I could get one from a near by room. She said, “OK sure”. She even carried it to my room as I grabbed the broke one and placed it in the hall. So in short... The receptionists suck at this hotel. Bathroom: Its pretty nice. The ventilation fan didn't work though. Gym: It's pretty darn good. Only thing missing was a flat bench press. There is a 45lbs bar laying on the floor though. So I am guessing this gym did have one at some point in time. The gym closes at 9:00pm. Which is still better than the Grand Tikal Futura which closes at 7:30pm. WiFi: It was good overall. It has that quirky log in system though. So after a minute of so of no activity on your smart phone it will disconnect. And you have the repeat the process over again. Breakfast: Overall it's pretty good. No buffet. Just

Questo hotel è stato un grande posto per i miei due figli e io - buon cibo, servizio e camera, ma la parte migliore è che hanno conservato graziosamente il nostro bagaglio durante la pandemia, quando non potevamo tornare come si aspettava per recuperarlo. Sono andati oltre e sopra per rimanere in comunicazione per un periodo terribile per il paese e la città, e siamo molto grati. Grazie a Leonel e a tutti per aver messo il nostro bagaglio per così tanto tempo! Ci rimarremo qui quando torniamo a casa.

Una de las experiencia más extraordinarias un ambiente agradable y muy lero muy acogedor mi esposa quedó encantada y pronto regresaremos ya que el atendimento es de primera y las habitaciones es muy acogedora

Il giorno dopo, ho soggiornato brevemente all'hotel a causa di un arrivo tardivo e di un volo precoce, ma la stanza era decente e era vicino all'aeroporto, che era tutto ciò che conta. Quando ho controllato all'inizio della mattina non c'era nessuno che mi avrebbe controllato, quindi ho appena dato la carta chiave alla sicurezza.
