Hotel in zona Centro comercial plaza terminal zona 4, Città del Guatemala

Ho chiamato questo posto per assicurarmi che i miei familiari potessero accedere senza problemi. In qualità di membro di diamanti non ho mai avuto problemi come questo. Ho prenotato la prenotazione e ho aggiunto la persona che sarebbe accedere. Non pensando di dover mettere il numero di persone nella stanza perché ho comprato il tipo di stanza che dovevo ospitare 3 ospiti. La mattina dopo mia madre e i miei fratelli erano in legge a prendere le mie figlie dall'aeroporto, così ho avuto il mio controllo legale, e quando sono arrivati a controllare all'ufficio frontale volevano farci pagare 35 per persona. Ho pagato specificamente 15k punti che ospitavano 4 e erano solo 3 ospiti. Non importa se fossero 2 o 3 sulla prenotazione i punti erano gli stessi. Ma là volevano pagare 35 per persona. Poi, come diamanti, di solito abbiamo qualcosa come colazione. Beh, il desk front ha fatto in modo che mi hanno detto alla mia madre di 76 anni in legge, non è consentito loro colazione. Sono estremamente preoccupato per come sono stati trattati. Non mi importa se abbiamo comprato il colazione il fatto che gli hanno detto immediatamente e non c'è colazione per voi tutti, sembra che fosse permesso di cenare. Non usare questo posto mai più.

Quando gli ospiti si fermano, iniziano a pulire l'igiene.Lascia che gli ospiti si alzino il normale tempo di attesa quando si fermano. Per la mia prima stanza, fuori dalla finestra è un flusso d'aria in un giardino interno, non c'è bisogno di dire...Vai alla reception per cambiare la stanza, un'altra leadership femminile e entusiasmo sono molto meglio di un primo staff femminile, ma possono rimanere in attesa della preparazione della stanza. Il tempo per me è quasi otto a sera.Devo chiedere: un hotel a cinque stelle non pulisce la stanza dopo l'ora?Vuoi fare la pulizia prima che venga l'ospite?

La posizione geografica dell'hotel è buona e il viaggio commerciale è molto conveniente.La vista della stanza è buona e l'ufficio balcone esterno è molto carino.Più vicino all'aeroporto sarà molto carino se non chiudete le finestre, ma l'effetto di isolamento sonoro dopo chiudete le finestre è buono. La carenza è che la varietà di colazione è meno. Le altre due ristoranti hanno anche un sapore generale. Non si raccomanda il ristorante di cucina giornata. Il sapore di cucina è insoddisfacente sia per i cinesi che per gli americani latino-americani.

I arrived on September 17th 1:12 pm to check in to this hotel. The receptionist guy said check in was not until 3:00pm. I could have sworn I saw something on the hotels.com website that said there was a 2 hour early check in option. Pretty sure I chose it. Not sure how it didn't register. So I decided to check out the restaurant. I sat down and was greeted but a waiter. He said, we have great buffet with bla bla bla bla” I can't remember but he was REALLY trying to sell it. So I took a look at the buffet. It looked alright. There was no price visible anywhere so I didn't know how much it was. I asked the waiter and he told me to wait. He went to some room to get a scratch piece of paper. He wrote the price on the paper. It was kinda vague and his hand writing was strange. I had to ask him 3 times to clarify the price. He finally said “$34 for the lunch buffet”..... I immediately grabbed my bags and walked out. I've been all over the world and can't remember paying anywhere near that much for a lunch buffet. Not even in Europe. Around 3:00pm I was given my room key and room number. Took the elevator to room 802. It was a pretty nice room overall. The refrigerator didn't work though. Later on that night I asked some receptionist guy if I could get my refrigerator replaced. He said he would make a note of it and first thing in the morning it would be replaced. It wasn't. Around noon time the next day I went down the reception and asked a lady if she had any notes about someone needing a refrigerator replaced. Instead of answering my question she asked what my room number was. I again asked her if the receptionist guy from last night passed on the information. She again wouldn't answer and kept asking for my room number. This went on about 3 minutes or so. She then asked my name. I told her. She used this to find my room number. Still no answers about why I still had no replacement refrigerator and if any info was passed on from last night. She said I would get a replacement refrigerator soon. I didn't. Around 4:00pm I heard some cleaning ladies in the hall. I told her my refrigerator didn't work and asked them if I could get one from a near by room. She said, “OK sure”. She even carried it to my room as I grabbed the broke one and placed it in the hall. So in short... The receptionists suck at this hotel. Bathroom: Its pretty nice. The ventilation fan didn't work though. Gym: It's pretty darn good. Only thing missing was a flat bench press. There is a 45lbs bar laying on the floor though. So I am guessing this gym did have one at some point in time. The gym closes at 9:00pm. Which is still better than the Grand Tikal Futura which closes at 7:30pm. WiFi: It was good overall. It has that quirky log in system though. So after a minute of so of no activity on your smart phone it will disconnect. And you have the repeat the process over again. Breakfast: Overall it's pretty good. No buffet. Just

Rispetto alla rete ufficiale e Trip.com, sentite la prenotazione di Trip.com e la prenotazione di secondo. Il personale della reception è molto entusiasta e la stanza è molto pulita. L'unica cosa che dobbiamo fare è che la reception non è al primo piano al piano superiore.Siamo arrivati più di nove di notte, non c'è personale che possa aiutare a portare il bagaglio. La posizione appartiene al centro della città, è molto conveniente andare all'aeroporto. Il corridoio inferiore è la piazza della chiesa.Ci sono molti cibi dolci.Trova un posto aperto la sera, molto eccitante.

Vicino all'aeroporto e si sente al sicuro. E'un posto strano e non si sente così sicuro di camminare lì a metà della notte. La stanza e l'edificio sono molto basilari e vecchi. La colazione era bella. Troppo costoso 👎

I stayed here in late Nov 2022, The hotel is very conveniently located very near to the GUA airport. If you travel light you can literally walk to it from the airport (~10min walk) but they do provide free shuttle service to/from the airport. It is located in a ”gated community” and the hotel itself has sufficient locks/security so i definitely felt peace of mind knowing my belongings were safe. The staff is extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. The room I stayed in was a little on the smaller side, but it was than suitable for my needs. (Random note but I love a good shower I was actually really pleasantly surprised by the water pressure in the shower.) They also provide a free breakfast which was quite delicious and a great added perk. All in all this place is highly rated and for good reason. It exceeded my own expectations, I would definitely recommend staying there.

Grande luogo vibrazioni meravigliose. Il giovane che guarda il posto è molto bello e gentile mi piace davvero l'architettura del posto. Meno di un chilometro dall'aeroporto. Grate tariffe. Io tornerò in qualsiasi momento.

La prima volta in Guatemala. L'ho chiesto perché era un hotel, che chiamava un taxi vicino all'aeroporto, ma ho deciso di camminare perché non potevo rispondere prima.Sono arrivato circa 1.5km, ma quando l'ho notato la mattina, una person a era pericolosa e non dovrei andare al supermercato. Ho molte cose da sapere, perche'il capo mi ha insegnato, e sono felice di avere un buon capo.Grazie mille!
