房間挺大的，就是走廊一路走過去都有股怪味，關上門就聞不到了，床太軟了躺着人往下沉一晚上睡不着覺，可能是我睡慣了硬床吧。空調不太涼，半夜好幾次都熱醒了，點買賣挺方便的，用機器人送到門口。主要還是靠近三九腦科醫院，當天東西太多附近酒店就這一家沒得選。

一定一定要自帶拖鞋，酒店衹有一次性拖鞋，不能穿進衞生間洗澡，介意的自帶拖鞋，這樣比較方便。
酒店有洗衣機和烘乾機，不收費，但是畢竟是公共洗衣機，自己洗衣服的朋友可以試着帶條晾衣繩？因為酒店沒有什麼地方晾衣服。
點外賣填房間號可以送到房間門口！
總的來説體驗還是不錯的！

La costruzione al piano di sopra alle sette del mattino ha continuato a battere. Il guaio mi ha svegliato e la mia ragazza, e la gente ha fatto il nervo debole.E'anche la stanza è molto piccola, 20-25 Pia è fondamentalmente 20 piatti, letto e fucile a distanza. Il tubo acqua del bagno, un po'male, l'interruttore di controllo della luce della stanza non è fantasma.Naturalmente, non c'è bisogno. Il vantaggio è che è vicino al medico nantico. La salute non ha visto un grande problema, e'che la luce dei piedi si sentirà molto morbida sul pavimento. 考研期間選的酒店，房間內衞生整理得很好，早上掛牌中午回來就收拾好了，還會補充贈送的礦泉水。大床房牆角有一張小桌子（比較貴的那檔），空調可以提供暖氣（不算很暖但有用），考研複習要注意出去吹吹風換換心情，不然可能會悶
有一點缺點是臨馬路的大床房存在一點噪音，需要一點時間適應，但對我來説屬於是瑕不掩瑜的

La posizione è molto buona accanto alla stazione di trasporto passeggeri di Tianhe. L'alloggio è spazioso e luminoso. L'atteggiamento di servizio è molto buono. La stanza è anche molto spaziosa, pulita e igienica. La notte è anche molto tranquilla, l'acqua calda è comoda e l'aria condizionata è molto potent C'è una strada notturna accanto all'hotel. OOsamaFarThe hotel is quite good, rooms are clean and adequate . It is close to the airport and the near subway station(1.5Km) can be used to travel to the city. The breakfast is also good only thing i would like to add is they should have a halal corner at the breakfast. I have stayed at holiday inn and they have a separate halal corner for breakfast of Muslims.
The airport shuttle did not arrived for pickup from the airport even though i called them before boarding the flight from my country.
Overall experience was quite good.

I recently stayed at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel (Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport) for two nights. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of the positive reviews I read online, which makes me question their authenticity.
**From the very beginning, the check-in process was unpleasant.** The staff displayed a rude and unwelcoming demeanor. When they provided the initial Wi-Fi username and password, it turned out to be incorrect.
**We returned to the lobby to address the Wi-Fi issue.** Instead of simply providing the correct credentials, the staff member became impatient and took our phone to set up the connection themselves. When we politely requested the username and password for our computer, they responded with a dismissive attitude, stating they ”already set it up” and questioned why we needed the information. We explained the initial credentials were wrong, and they finally provided the correct username and password written on a piece of paper, further demonstrating their lack of courtesy.
**Housekeeping was another area of disappointment.** After our first night, we requested room service. Despite confirming our room number and promising to clean the room later, housekeeping never arrived. Returning to the hotel in the evening, we found our room untouched. We ended up having to replenish our own water bottles and toilet paper.
**The airport fetching service we booked was another source of frustration.** We arrived in the lobby early for the arranged pick-up time. However, when the pick-up time approached, we were informed that the car had already left for the airport without us!** There was no apology or explanation for this missed pick-up. Thankfully, another driver was present in the lobby and was able to arrange alternative transportation to ensure we reached the airport on time. This incident was a stressful and concerning experience.
Overall, my stay at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel was a frustrating one. The staff's unprofessionalism, the lack of housekeeping service, the missed airport pick-up, and the initial Wi-Fi problems significantly detracted from the experience.
**In light of this experience, I would strongly advise potential guests to manage their expectations and consider alternative hotels near the airport that offer reliable airport fetching services and provide a more welcoming atmosphere.**

Anche il servizio dell'hotel è molto buono, un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Se cercate un hotel vicino all'aeroporto, questo è altamente consigliato. L'effetto di isolamento acustico è buono, chiudete la finestra, non si sente il rumore degli aerei. Un piccolo suggerimento: quando non vive nessuno nella stanza, può essere ventilata e il servizio è abbastanza a posto. Il check-in alla reception dell'hotel è molto veloce, il servizio è a posto, come un. Le strutture dell'hotel sono abbastanza buone! La receptionist che mi ha aiutato a fare il check-in ha sempre accolto ogni ospite con un sorriso e un atteggiamento caloroso. Mi ha sempre fatto sentire speciale e accudito. La sua competenza e il suo modo efficiente di lavorare hanno reso il check-in facile e veloce. Che si tratti di rispondere a domande, dare consigli o gestire problemi, è sempre proattiva e paziente. UUtente ospiteLocation is very convenient. Walkable distance to the river and some parks. There are plenty of places to eat at the hotel or inside the building(k11). The room was nice, better than the hotel photos. On a cloudy day you may feel yourself inside a cloud. The lights of city in the evening are especially good looking from the this hotel. I like the ambiance of this hotel. The vibe is a relaxed sophistication. The artwork in the hallways, elevators and public spaces is very nice. Sometimes, i find the public spaces and hallways of this hotel to be more beautiful than the room, haha. The room is well reserved and relaxing , whereas public spaces are more energetic. Probably, how it should be. The great asset of this hotel is all the staff. And that would be the first reason i will be back to this place. A special thank you to Pyotr, Kimy and Aimee for your kindness, professionalism and a human side!

UUtente ospiteLa pulizia era buona ma non spettacolare. Il WiFi poteva essere accessibile solo con un numero di telefono cinese, che non avevo. Grazie al receptionista mi ha aiutato a connettermi una volta (ma hai bisogno del numero ogni volta che ti connetterai ...).
La mia camera era assolutamente piccola, senza finestre all'esterno e senza luce naturale. Conseguentemente, la piccola zona del bagno era molto vasca e profumata.Secondo il piano, circa la metà delle camere non aveva finestre reali. Quelli che fanno sono fortemente tintati.
Bene per un soggiorno di una notte, ma non per più.

SSeh KiatMolto buona posizione vicino al cammino Pechino Lu Pedestrian. Nella parte più antica della città. L'ambiente è molto nostalgico, ma molto ben conservato dalla città.
La mia stanza è una vista al fiume alto piano e è esattamente quello che ho avuto. La finestra piena di altezza e un letto Tatami. È venuta anche con un lavastoviglie e un asciugacapelli separati. Purtroppo, il asciugacapelli doveva essere messo nel bagno, che lo ha fatto un po' di crampo.
La stanza stessa è ben mantenuta e ciò che sospettavo di essere bagni lasciati da precedenti occupanti sono mostrati per i viaggiatori successivi.
Ho dormito molto, purtroppo non ho potuto godere della vista, perché è stato sconvolto durante il mio soggiorno.
In generale, pensate all'appartamento di Airbnb.
L'edificio è molto vecchio, quindi gli ascensori sono un po' lento in arrivo, e a questo punto sembra che l'intero edificio sia occupato da numerosi operatori simili.
L'ufficio di check-in e servizio dell'IVA è nell'appartamento 1813, almeno per ora.

Iivonne8a93Staying at the Ramada Hotel allowed me to enjoy the city even more. The staff is really friendly and helpful, is close to main attractions of the city and right next to the river.
The common areas are good and the buffet breakfast had many options to choose from, you can see the Canton Tower from their pool area too where they also have gym, sauna and even indoor badminton courts. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Guangzhou again.

CChengxiqu88clean and nice remodeling. But this is not a 5 star, rather 3 to 4 star. Actually it’s a weird hotel. They completely lack the windows. The hallways are zigzagging and has a huge risk if fire breaks. I don’t know how the city government allows this kind of hotel. They turned off the heater and keep saying they turned it on. Latter they provided a space heater. I would not recommend this hotel.
