I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and efficient. The check-in process was smooth, and I felt immediately at home. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was amazing—probably one of the best hotel beds I’ve ever slept on! The amenities were top-notch, and I especially appreciated the free Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Great service, great location, and great value for the price. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip!

Great price for the value. Clean and comfortable.

Everything was good except for the upper level unit which I have to struggle with my 2 bags and a luggage squeezing up the narrow stairs to access my room. Also the kitchen provided but no cookware and mo microwave, when asked was told hotel only provide the induction cooker and hob but nothing else.

Location is not easy to find It can take sometime to find hotel entrance and if you are foreigner they don’t speak English when you call overall it’s clean and modern but you get what you pay for

They mentioned river view and this is completely wrong they said there is no river even, and refused to cancel the booking. There are many good apartments hotel in Guangzhou in same price range with real river view. this hotel apartments comparatively with small in height as they made two room one above one they named like 3101A and 3101B, with stairs and difficult for the person if need to go with heavy luggage to above one 3101B. I booked for 6 days but they only cancelled for 5 days and refunded, i need to spend one night still in this hotel😅

The hotel has a good price, clean and good service, i, there is a McDonald's restaurant, Chinese restaurants, an average the commercial markets, restaurants and metro.

The environment is good. The hotel lobby is easy to find, and the front desk service is very good. I like they for helping with invoices. The room is clean and the bedding is also very comfortable. The facilities are complete, which is very convenient for travel.

My recent stay at this hotel was unfortunately less than satisfactory. The accommodations did not meet my expectations for a comfortable visit. Several aspects of the hotel require attention to improve the guest experience. I believe focusing on these areas would greatly benefit future visitors. I hope to see improvements implemented soon.
