Questo hotel è il peggiore in cui abbia mai soggiornato a Lavande. C'era un odore non appena sono entrato, ho pensato che il futuro sarebbe arrivato solo se avessi vissuto in uno spazio piccolo. Dato che ho fatto il check-in intorno alle 22:00, non l'ho fatto Ho intenzione di cambiare. Ho pensato di accendere l'aria condizionata. Dovrebbe essere migliore dopo una brezza, ma l'odore del fossato puzzolente non è mai andato via Nella seconda metà della notte, l'odore è peggiorato, ho pensato che fosse perché Ero stanco tutto il giorno, quindi mi sono addormentato stordito. Quando mi sono svegliato la mattina, ho sentito che tutto non andava. Mi sono sentito molto più a mio agio dopo aver lasciato la stanza è stato l'odore del gas di scarico a causare il problema, ho avuto la fortuna di non svenire nella stanza Questa è la prima volta che soggiorno all'Hotel Lavande da così tanti anni Quando incontro una persona così cattiva, devo lasciare un aspetto negativo revisione.

La prima stanza che mi è stata assegnata era accanto alla stanza degli attrezzi, potrebbe esserci del rumore, ho chiesto alla reception di cambiarla, ma appena sono entrato, era molto soffocante scrivania per cambiarla con un'altra. Era ancora soffocante e ho ordinato 1,8 metri. Il letto è stato cambiato per me in un letto di 1,5 metri, il che mi è costato più volte. . . La reception è stata disinvolta e mi ha ignorato Dopo che mi sono lamentato, gli ho chiesto di ventilare prima la stanza mentre andavo a mangiare e di tornare prima del check-in. . . Di conseguenza, la reception ha **** e ha spruzzato un sacco di deodorante per ambienti. . . Ho detto che è soffocante. Basta aerarlo. Hai spruzzato un deodorante per ambienti e puzzava di deodorante per ambienti. Puoi dormire in questa stanza? ? ? ? Poi si è trasferito in un'altra stanza. . . Fa molto caldo di notte e il condizionatore è ancora caldo anche quando è impostato al livello più basso. Sembra che l'hotel stia cercando di risparmiare sui costi avendo un condizionatore molto piccolo e raffreddando molto lentamente.

The hotel is good for its price. Nothing fancy, but kinda okay. Walls are thin, had to use earplugs. The rooms are smoking rooms, and the hotel really smells it. The location is great.

Clean and spacious room

Excellent service from all staffs. Limited English, but able to communicate via translator. Location is excellent with many restaurants, malls, shops, and metro within walking distance. Shuttle bus provided during Canton Fair days. Free laundry and dryer a plus. Only negative is the cigarette smell in the hall and rooms, unfortunately very common in China.

We stayed at a hotel in Guangzhou, and overall, the room was comfortable: spacious, clean, with a good bed and excellent soundproofing. The air conditioning worked perfectly, making for a pleasant stay. The location was very convenient – close to the metro, major attractions, and plenty of dining options, which made getting around the city easy. However, breakfast was a huge disappointment. We tried it on the first day and decided not to repeat the experience. The selection was extremely limited, with only a few unappetizing options, despite the fact that the kitchen seemed busy with staff constantly preparing something. After that, we chose to have breakfast elsewhere. Aside from this issue, the hotel was decent, but it's best to plan for meals outside.

The hotel is located close to the Subway station and a plaza with lots of food options. The starbucks and 7-11 are right across the hotel. Getting to Pearl river and Canton tower is also very easy from the hotel. We love our stay there, and will definitely come back again.

While it was still a good place for a one-night stay, I noticed that the cleanliness has unfortunately declined compared to my previous visit. Good hotel in guangzhou, also good food on the fourth floor. Will definitely recommend

The room is small but the price is extremely super low so it is worth it

If you sleep anytime before 10pm, I WOULDN NOT  choose this hotel!!! There is a RESTAURANT downstairs. When we stayed there, that restaurant was having a big party with loud speaker and music until around 1am. People were even SCREAMING!!! I’ve never had this kind of issue before in my life. This is the WORST experience I’ve ever had in a hotel. We called the hotel a few times that night and they said they could not do anything to solve this issue??? The only thing they said was to just wait until the party was over. Why???  Overall, no apology or remedy were provided by the hotel. None of the staff cared about the party, which seems normal to them.

The hotel's location is perfect, very convenient and clean!

Good place to stay and attend the canton fair. They provided a bus shuttle but don’t worry if you miss it the taxi isn’t expensive.
