FORTUNE hot spring hotel

The hotel is with excellent location and facilities. But most importantly is the service and the staff. It took me by surprise the number of staff members speaking English and being so friendly and professional. From the reception we were greeted in English and June ,, job number 038 , welcomed us with a smile and care. She made sure we got WiFi connection and we were instructed how to use the card for the in suite hot spring spa bath . We spent amazing 4days and 3 nights. I used also the massage services , which were average level. For any service we went for during our stay June was the one to connect and made sure we got the best service. Another person that contributed to our pleasant experience was the restaurant manager. She was also fluent in English. Honestly, we never expected so many people to speak the language. The breakfast was with mix Asian and westerner food; fresh and delicious. The spa Center was amazing. We had very relaxing and calm break from work and the noise in th EF big city. Just outstanding hotel, service and location .

酒店就在於河邊，裝修乾淨整潔。客房空間大設計合理，正對美麗的流溪河，視野開闊。在陽台上泡一泡温泉，喝一口茶，一邊欣賞河景，享受寧靜的時光。周邊就有飯店很方便，飯後在河邊散散步，小朋友玩得很開心下次還會再來，感謝048，101，143號。

我在從化的財富温泉酒店度過了一個非常愉快的國慶假期。酒店的環境優雅，設施齊全，服務熱情周到。特別是他們的温泉設施，讓我感到非常放鬆和舒適。房間乾淨整潔，裝修風格現代而温馨。早餐豐富多樣，滿足了我的各種口味需求。總體來説，這次入住體驗非常滿意，特別表揚工號101，143，048號。她們的態度讓我感覺到家庭的温馨。我會推薦給我的朋友們。非常贊！

國慶節期間人多車多，去到停車場滿滿都是車，第一時間過來安排指點位置，服務非常好！到了辦理入住前台，前台服務態度非常好，沒帶身份證，很內心的幫忙弄電子身份證。到了房間，我是第二次入住，剛從新開業來過，房間衞生乾淨，下次再次入住，我經常去空泉，但是我覺得這家比空泉住的舒服、泡得舒服！

五星好評，點名表揚工號101，048，037服務態度超級好。國慶當天訂的180度河景房，去到給我升級為套房 真的超級大 住到不想走。早餐很好吃！ 設施：設備還是很新的，泡温泉的地方也很乾凈！ 衞生：阿姨打掃的非常乾淨！ 環境：周邊外賣都能點到，對面是流溪河有空可以去釣魚玩 服務：表揚工號101，048，037 態度非常好！

前幾年來過好幾次，這次再來還是一如既往的好☺️☺️☺️前台小姐姐工號048和143笑容親切，熱心服務。體驗感非常棒。
