Great location, just beside Beijing road, take train around 15 mnt, hotel lobby is grand, but when we enter our room, really disappointed, smell mouldy, carpet so dirty, room so dusty, small tv with a few channel, the good thing is abit clean bed n 4 thin pillows..

The hotel was old but has been well kept. It’s about a 15 minute walk from a subway line and it was close to Beijing Street 北京路 and many other sites. However it was far from many western things like bars and hangouts for foreigners. The staff were very helpful.

The room was a bit old, but the hotel offers sport facilities and a swimming pool and is conveniently located in Beijing Road. Very nice desk service.

Great hotel , place nice , little walk to metro station, near to shopping area

Beside Beijing Road with a lot of shopping malls and restaurants. Room is clean and equipped with washing machine. It is very big and spacious, which is nice. Staff is helpful.

Hotel too old and worn out, dirty carpet. Bed sheet and pillow case clean enough , towels clean enough, tv don’t work most of the time. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Location very good. Room very spacious. Very comfortable. A lot of good food around there. Definitely wil stay there again.

Good hotel and staff are good

always a pleasure to stay here....the gym, the pool, the location and the price.

The hotel is well-located, just 100 meters north of Beijing Road, the famous pedestrian road also a tourist attraction. The room was clean and spacious, though some facilities were a bit old. The hotel even has an outdoor swimming pool. The TV was a bit old fashioned, only a limited channels were available. The breakfast was excellent, the variety of Chinese and European style food on offer was almost 5-star.

I got a classic room on 29th floor but the whole floor and room had a strong stink of smoke and mould . I complained about it to front desk and told how sensitive i am towards smoke and they were very kind to upgrade my room on 27th floor. Which was cleaner and bigger and it made my two night stay wonderful. So big thank-you to the lady behind the front desk. The whole staff was welcoming and helpful . They also helped me with food delivery putting address on my app and talking to kuaidi guys. Besides hotel is located in w wonderful area lots of touristic spots , great restaurants and shops/ malls on walking distance. I’ll definitely stay here again and will make sure to have bigger room. Breakfast was fairly decent for the prices. The on spot fried jaozi were my fav though.

Good hotel but difficult with english language, all others are okay.
