I really enjoy stay at this hotel, perfect room, very clean, perfect facilities and food.
There are free shuttle to saw beautiful sunset in juilonghu deck.
The staffs are very helpful. I will stay again next time ❤️

The swimming pool is cozy and clean. The service is excellent. Lobby manager can speak fluent English. The room is spacious and clean. Snacks are free. Banana chips is yummy, asked them to provide more.

Kind staff. Good air.
Too many mosquito in room.
We have 4,6 age chilren. At the restaurant If you have two children, you must pay more one person even if they are lower than 120cm.
Hotel rule, 1 room only one child free. If you have 2 baby dont go hotel resturant. I have been visited too many hotels but this is first time. If I have two children so need to pay one nore , I agree. But hotel regulation like this ,it will be unfair.
Indoor pool is big. Good.

Used to be a great hotel. I visited this place 10 years back that time it was amazing.
This time, it’s annoys they didn’t change furniture/ carpets or beddings for a decade. Some lightings are broken.
Anyway not bad ~ but could be better with some small efforts.

疊翠羣峯抱玉樓，綠染湖波明若鏡。流連最是閑行客，疑入江南第幾州？我今天去的中旅·阿那亞·九龍湖度假區為國家AAAA級旅遊景區佔地25000畝，並住在裏面典雅浪漫的公主酒店。依偎着美茵河畔、矗立於中心小鎮一角的公主酒店，以典雅浪漫的歐式建築為特色，裝飾風格精緻而優雅，酒店外面積達1500㎡的户外大泳池我今晚又去暢泳。酒店與生態景區完美連接，有御花園、山頂大草坪、多條徒步線路、觀最木棧道，更有 4500畝碧波蕩漾的九龍湖和若干觀景平台。同時，與九龍湖·高爾夫球場、九龍湖中心小鎮比鄰。公主酒店的服務也很好，客服Niko提前加微信，入住期間也解決各種問題，點贊。同行有人過生日也進行了生日佈置。走進森林，住進城堡，每呼吸一口新鮮空氣都是滿滿的負離子。我還上了山頂的全景觀景台鳥瞰九龍湖全貌，遠眺羣山、中觀碧波、近看綠林，視野極佳。山間湖畔，清風拂月，玩水納涼，融入碧波之中，才是度假的舒適打開方式。

景色：九龍湖真的是拍照聖地，絕對是可以隨地大小拍。我們週六下午去，停車場都停滿了，滿街都是小帥小美，非常養眼。
房間：大，很大，非常大！對得起酒店名字，人人都可以做一個小公舉了，哈哈哈！除了大當然是乾淨衞生，洗髮水、沐浴露和潤膚露都很好用。還有不同功能的枕頭可以免費選擇，還提供了免費飲料，水果和零食大禮包，貼心了！
服務：提前一天會有酒店管家聯繫，加了微信，提供酒店活動訊息，解答我們的問題，服務很細緻，為我們提供了防蚊手環，小朋友小玩具，棒棒糖等等。在此感謝我們的管家小草莓！
環境：有室外游泳池，板槳（收費），小型室內小童遊樂場（收費），高爾夫（收費），植物迷宮，九龍湖徙步等，適合休閑遊。
酒店很好，反正我們三家人都很滿意，有機會還會再去。
