Kind staff. Good air.
Too many mosquito in room.
We have 4,6 age chilren. At the restaurant If you have two children, you must pay more one person even if they are lower than 120cm.
Hotel rule, 1 room only one child free. If you have 2 baby dont go hotel resturant. I have been visited too many hotels but this is first time. If I have two children so need to pay one nore , I agree. But hotel regulation like this ,it will be unfair.
Indoor pool is big. Good.

A nice hotel to stay at had an amazing heated pool, good breakfast, afternoon tea, and mostly friendly and helpful staff.

Used to be a great hotel. I visited this place 10 years back that time it was amazing.
This time, it’s annoys they didn’t change furniture/ carpets or beddings for a decade. Some lightings are broken.
Anyway not bad ~ but could be better with some small efforts.

房間夠大，衞生沒有槽點。服務人員都很熱情，帥哥美女多，包括小鎮裏的小哥哥小姐姐顏值都不錯。Nico小美女提前加了微信發了地址相關訊息。假期人比較多。網球沒位置。漏了東西在酒店也寄過來了。不好的點就是西餐廳沒有點餐，花了238買了個雙人套餐半自助，説實在是衹能填飽肚子，沒有口味而言。然後沒有spa，把孩子丟到鎮裏玩。本來想沐足或者按摩，大堂經理説正在升級，暫時都沒有。

房間超大，很乾凈，有提供一次性馬桶套和浴缸套，裝修雖然有點舊，但真的很有公主的感覺。歡迎水果和小零食很好吃。管家Niko很貼心，提前一天聯繫我們，瞭解我們的需求。孩子們都很開心，玩得不願走了，下次還會再來

總體五分好評，雖然酒店裝修比較舊式，但環境和服務一流，接待我們的思琦美女事事提前幫我們規劃好，比如提前輸入車牌登記，我們兩天遊區各處都很方便，提前準備好房間，我們到了就可入住。阿那亞的文旅管理真是一流的，不錯。早餐也很棒，品種不是很多，但品質都很好，點贊雲吞和茶葉蛋，很好吃。

公主酒店很適合帶娃家庭，尤其是女孩子，簡直喜歡得不得了。酒店的自助早餐很好吃，誇一下服務水平，有老外朋友過來用早餐，看到餐廳大廚直接英語推薦菜品，對話如流，非常體現素質之高。酒店還有整個景區裏遇到的禮賓、清潔阿姨等等各工作人員都非常有禮貌且親切，這點真的非常好！
推薦帶孩子的家庭，一定要吃一下教堂旁邊的冰淇淋，還有去河邊中心小鎮6棟的户外樂園玩。（再次感謝賓客經理Nko小姐姐的推薦）
