Kind staff. Good air.
Too many mosquito in room.
We have 4,6 age chilren. At the restaurant If you have two children, you must pay more one person even if they are lower than 120cm.
Hotel rule, 1 room only one child free. If you have 2 baby dont go hotel resturant. I have been visited too many hotels but this is first time. If I have two children so need to pay one nore , I agree. But hotel regulation like this ,it will be unfair.
Indoor pool is big. Good.

A nice hotel to stay at had an amazing heated pool, good breakfast, afternoon tea, and mostly friendly and helpful staff.

Used to be a great hotel. I visited this place 10 years back that time it was amazing.
This time, it’s annoys they didn’t change furniture/ carpets or beddings for a decade. Some lightings are broken.
Anyway not bad ~ but could be better with some small efforts.

設施：歐式風格房間，房間裝修確實是舊了一點，但酒店儘量在其他地方去彌補，比如配備的耗材品，比如服務等。建議酒店可以在淡季進行一下翻新，這樣會更舒適。
衞生：衞生不錯的，寶寶喜歡不穿鞋子走路，腳上也沒有太臟
環境：園林式環境，很出片，很多網紅在拍照哦
服務：服務是超五星，入住前會有酒店經理加微信溝通，有問題微信反饋及時有人上房間解決。走過路過都會有酒店工作人員微笑問好，酒店早餐7點到11點，做到人流分流效果，另外廚師長會現在門口，隨時傾聽顧客的意見，這個非常加分。
當然也有可完善的地方，作為親子酒店，除了一個大一點的樂園，其他遊樂設施基本為0。但樂園可玩性其實一般，一個很多波波的波波池，2個滑滑梯，1個煮飯的，一個跳跳床，一個看電影。低幼小朋友可玩性就少了，不過樂園很大和乾淨，隨時有工作人員搞衞生和收拾，這個加分。收費合理吧，118 3小時不能出大門。

環境：在小鎮比較中心的位置 吃飯購物都挺方便
服務：服務特別好 工作人員都很有親和力 入住前niko加了聯繫方式 有求必應 服務效率也很高 晚上送了糖水 三八節入住送了花co送了伴手禮是很好聞的身體乳 服務無可挑剔

不得不讚工作人員服務意識強。入住前酒店有主動打電話來詢問房間是否要做特殊準備像是小朋友的牙刷拖鞋、床的圍欄這些，入住之後看到房間裏都已經有備好了。還要特別感謝Cici。昨晚朋友有點着涼要了兩個暖寶寶，Cici幫忙送來之後還主動關心我們的情況，之後還主動送了2份雪梨糖水，非常細心。

從辦理入住到退房，感受最好的就是每位工作人員都笑容滿面，管家唯一幫我升級了帶陽台的房型，並介紹班車時段。客房服務大姐（抱歉忘記叫什麼了）超熱情，送備品很及時。晚上還有另一位值班管家和客房大姐一起送來了甜湯，很愉快的一次旅程。
