My experience here was not the best.
I was given a room on the 15th floor. The room had a great view, and the room looked good. The toilet seat in the first room had yellow stains on it. It didn't feel sanitary. The floor stank of cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking room. The room had an air purifier, not a general AC.
To make up for the sanitation situation, they gave me another room on the 22nd floor. The hallway smelled nice, and the room looked renovated. It also had AC.
However, after some time, the light in the room started blinking. They sent an enginner to fix it. When I came back from outside, it was working.
But after a few hours, blinking started again. Although it wasn't as frequent, it was still annoying. So, I just decided to cut my stay short from 6 nights to one night.
Maybe they should do another renovation or so. I just didn't want to deal with the situation again, so I checked out.
Overall, the hotel is nice, and the amenities are great. The breakfast is very rich and has a lot of varieties. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They apologized for the situation and also offered me coffee when I was checking out.

The hotel exceeded my expectations with its exceptional service, elegant decor, and comfortable rooms. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring a delightful stay. The location was convenient, allowing easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, a fantastic hotel experience that I would highly recommend.

Impressive large bathroom with bathtub and double basins in the suite room No. 2002. It has a smart screen on the mirror that was supposed to be able to show movies for guests to enjoy while taking a bath. Unfortunately that device was not connected to the internet depsite the successful connection to the hotel wifi network, so it is useless and wasted my time trying to disconnect and reconnecting to the network, so I suggest the hotel to look into this issue.
Other features include the seperate lounge room that has no window so it relies on the sunlight from the bedroom for natural light. The balconies in the bedroom are locked and inaccessible.
Overall the furniture and decoration in the room are of high quality and up market.
The hotel uses a robot for delivery of meals (including items ordered from the outside).
The indoor and outdoor pools are huge and I did enter them and swim for a few munites until I was stopped by the lifeguard rudely questioning where my swim cap was. I told him that I didn't have one and nobody or sign asked me to have one. He was concerned that my short hair could pollute the water of the pool. He said everyone was supposed to wear a swim cap. I would have followed the rule if I was told in advance. The way the lifeguard shouted at me made me feel disrespected. So I wish the hotel could put up some signs to clearly communicate the rules before guests enter the pool.

Красивый отель , впечатлил . Гостеприимный рецепшен , красивые номера , вкусные завтраки , вид из окна , хороший хамам , сауна . Но запах сигарет в номере 😞 несмотря на то что указано в номере не курить 🚭
