Ji Hotel (Guangzhou Tianhe East Railway Station)

Mi piace molto la posizione di questo Ji Hotel, che si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Guangzhou East (questa è la stazione che potrei raggiungere direttamente anche all'aeroporto). Ci sono negozi convenienti accanto e ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi, quindi è comodo procurarsi cibo e necessità. Le camere e le aree comuni sono spaziose. Anche se il bagno è leggermente piccolo, è pulito e con un'illuminazione sufficiente. Anche il servizio è buono ed efficiente. Per noi è un soggiorno davvero piacevole.

La posizione dell'hotel è super comoda, proprio di fronte alla stazione ferroviaria di Guangzhou East e a un grande centro commerciale. Il personale era gentile e simpatico.

I would definitely come back to stay here, staffs were helpful. you can send your t4ob4o packages here, they help you receive it. the housekeeping staff were great, thou we didn't request any housekeeping during our 5 nights stay, we will bump into them in the morning and will request stuff that we needed. the rooms were spacious but it lacked a table in front of the TV (i saw some rooms had it) tip: exit from exit G instead of exit F as exit F is all stairs, no escalators! breakfast was average, for the price i won't complain but if i come back, i would like to try other guangzhou food. the bathrooms doors are opaque, can see thru, will recommend others.

Extremely convenient location right next to East Railway :) the metro entrance is located right beside the hotel entrance with Line 1 and 3 bringing you straight to the major attractions (Canton Tower, Beijing Road, Shamian Dao, Dongshankou) as well as the airport! Room is spacious and the cleaning lady was really friendly. Huge spread for breakfast with good coffee:) They have really good hotpot next door as well. Only downside is that it can get a little bit noisy for rooms facing the road due to the constant honking of traffic but it quietens down after 12 midnight when the station closes so it was no biggie as I was out during the day. Will stay here again in the future :)

1. Poor facility, the hot water and cold water piping was installed inverted, they didnt mark or mentioned it and we ask for technician ask could not open the hot water and just realise the problem. 2. Outdated hair dryer, the hair dryer could only be used for 5 minutes and it will turn off automatically due to overhead, request a extra hair dryer, same problem used for 5 minutes and automatically turned off due to overheat (As staying there for a few days, ended up with purchasing a new hair dryer myself...) 3. Not user-friendly for foreigners, the wifi need to link to a local phone number (Solved by technician using their own numbers) 4. Soundproof was not good, it located beside the main road to East Railway Station and will keep on heard the car horn sound 5. Location is good if want to use public transport or railway, however not recommended if you prefer e-hailing, ascthe entrance of the hotel located at a congestion area

We are satisfied with it overall. Will consider staying again the next trip when we are there. Thank you!

The room is big and clean. The counter customer service man is helpful in setting up our wifi in our phones. Thumbs up for his good service.

refer to pic 1, where there were stains on walls. disgusting. refer to pic 2, the door couldn't close properly. annoying. refer to pic 3, dark stain on table top. puking. personally witnessed staff wet moping the lobby area without putting "wet floor signs" up. kid ran and fell. lucky not injured. i told them and they were like "who cares". i would stay here if you do NOT mind crap stains, coffee stains, and doors that don't work. facility is ok, if you do NOT mind falling down once in a while. memory form bed was overrated.

The location is great because is right beside the high speed trail and there are many restaurants close to it. But I have to change the room, because the first one was smelling very bad, but they could change me. The room could be cleaner. Another thing, it’s a very big city, I went during Canton Fair, that is a very big event, but they weren’t prepared enough to accommodate tourists that don’t speak Chinese. The communication was very difficult!!
