Recensioni su Yizhi Hotel (Guangzhou Railway Station Yuexiu Park Xiaobei Subway Station)

My husband and I stayed at this hotel from 6th to 10th September 2024. We requested to extend our check out time to 1 pm to perform our prayers. The hotel kindly granted our request. Very friendly front desk staffs whom assisted us whenever we have questions. Love the ammenities, cleanliness and quiet location. Will definitely stay here in future should we visited again.

Local hotel , nice and clean.

The hotel is located at a very convenient location. The front desk guy was nice and welcoming. The room was great and they have a nice bar just at the lobby . Didn’t get a chance to try their breakfast but it looked delicious. Will definitely come back again if I happen to be in Guangzhou.

Customer service is very good! The personnel at the reception were very helpful! Rooms are clean and convenient. Food was also good. There are 2 metro stations nearby the hotel.

It was a great experience I had 2 nights staying there First two days I got very good health from a lady at the front desk. Her name was. (( 小梁 )) Trabeculae. She help me with , checking in and payment issues she has a very good communication skills in English end it wasn’t an issue thanks to her. And also I got him from chicken. I was cutting off my bags and show me the taxi stop station from a guy called (( 小亮 )) Little Light in English. while check it out at the front desk thanks to both of those superhumans.

Good location but no staff speaking english

The hotel location is not good, the breakfast was so bad choices, the room is small, there was no a shuttle bus service to canton fair, I don't know why the rate of the room was 915 RMB, It is not worth the value paid for it. I've been to China many, many times, and I've never experienced a worse hotel than this.

Clean hotel, staff friendly

I had real good, relaxed night and the front desk ladies were very nice and helpful. The room was super clean, even though I couldn’t operate the tv but I had a great stay. Wish the bar area was open and restaurant.

Brilliant service and super helpful and friendly staff! Also very convenient location, close to a variety of restaurants and the Xiaobei subway! Great for a small family or business trip.

The shower hardware could be cleaner, and activating the lights in the room was confusing. Otherwise, everything was fine.
