This was the third time I've stayed at this hotel. I tried a different room type this time to compare rooms. It was advertised as having a minibar/refrigerator in the room and it also shows one in the photos as having one. But there was not one in the room. The television would not work and I even had a Chinese friend look but couldn't get it to work so alittle disappointed about these two factors. Apart from this, the room was very good, comfortable and spacious. I might select this room again as it saved me money as well.

Nice hotel with big abs clean rooms and great staff to ensure all your needs are taken care off, but the location is little off the grid and also in some rooms the windows have been purposely made opaque from the inside, so can’t see anything out of the room, wonder why though???

空調聲音大不製冷，房間跟圖片差距賊大，跟前台反饋她回我説她覺得還好吧，真是**大了我花的錢住的酒店實物跟網上圖片大然後前台説她覺得還好吧真是**。

酒店房間空間大，商務出差兩個人住，很舒服。酒店有大型停車場並配有充電樁。辦理入住時前台會很貼心的提醒入住期間免費停車，房間衞生整潔，早餐種類多，南北口味都有，不錯的一次入住體驗，下次有需要還選擇。

第二次入住該酒店，整體效果非常好，前台服務也很周到，忘記一個熱水壺聯繫前台，立馬就給我打包發快遞，總體比較滿意

環境很好，服務態度也很好，發現有東西落在酒店也裏面幫我收拾好打包快遞到家～離商城很近很多好吃的，外賣也多！個人覺得高級房房型比豪華的還舒服

房間十分滿意，不管到哪個城市都是鎖定維也納酒店，俺是他家忠實粉絲！棒棒噠！

房間衞生乾淨，設施齊全實用，酒店周邊環境很好的，出行便利，店內店外就餐都很方便，酒店的服務態度也很好。
