7 Premium (Guangzhou Tianhe Tangdong Subway Station Store)

We took the double room,the most expensive room for 2 people the hotel has to offer,in the pictures they show a lovely room with a toilet in a different room which is different from their other rooms. When we got to the hotel we were shocked to get a room that don't looks nothing like in the pictures,that looks like the cheaper rooms,we try to talk to the manager and he said it was his best room,practically saying those pictures are a lie,the room was not good,the toilet and shower was a mess,in front of our window was a gym,very bad experience

The hotel and room look absolutely nothing like what is shown in the photos. Everywhere is dirty. Many things are broken. Bed sheets felt wet, room had a weird smell, tiny window, terrible soundproofing. I was woken up at 2 am by other guests in the hallway having an extremely loud conversation drunk out of their minds at their door. I could smell the men smoking while the woman was in the bedroom playing with a child, all at the top of their lungs. Sink leaked and dripped all over the floor, shower wasn't properly fixed to the wall and the walls have several holes and are covered in dirt. We didn't bother to stay the 2nd night and came home instead. Hotel wouldn't agree to refund us, so I'm posting this review to warn others.

they have wake up service if you have early morning flight.....you can do laundry and theres all kinds of convinient stores in the neighbourhood..very convinient' clean and quiet...easily accesible by Didi taxi ...i give it 5/5
