The appartment is very large, split on 3 levels, clean and nice. We had difficulty finding it, as it’s not indicated, where you should go and if the security in the building did’t call the number indicated on the reservation, we wouldn’t find them. The ladies who let us in didn’t speak any English and asked to pay. We showed them confirmation in Chinese, where it was written that we already paid via trip.com and proving it took quite a long time. The area is lovely, clean and beautiful.

Nice location, room has all the nessesities and Al for a good price. Only had to figure out how to use the water, but I managed :-)

Location is nice, the hotel is not clean and toilet door not able to close.

It was all good, and they were friendly. Unluckily, we lost a wristband, and we called them, but they didn't find it.

It is a good place around of that place have a big plaza. Also have a good connection to get center of Guangzhou.

Останавливалась в этом отеле не первый раз.Персонал очень вежливый. Аппараты находятся в удобном месте.Все есть в шаговой доступности.Рекомендую.Спасибо за хороший сервис .

酒店位置非常優越，位於廣州的CBD、中軸線附近，廣州塔小蠻腰、廣東省博物館、廣州圖書館、東、西塔都是幾步之遙

半夜入住的 還是挺不錯的房間 複式 一個人分配了個雙床😂 設施有點老舊了 空調沒有暖氣 😖還有美中不足的就是沒有免費停車 有丟丟貴

離天滙廣場衹有幾分鐘步行時間，離省博也近，很方便。總體來説性價比高，就是停車不太方便，很少臨時車位。

房間很乾凈，服務很好。滿意的。謝謝

位置方便，適合家庭親子入住！ 設施：家電齊全，微波爐、洗衣機、烘乾機都有 衞生：衞生一般，建議自帶一次性床套使用 環境：周邊吃的很多，離廣州塔近

雖然位置有點偏離市中心，但係出入主要都係靠滴滴，所以問題不大。 房間有點舊，不過尚算乾淨企理，公寓跟酒店不同，沒有什麼服務可言，如果只想靜靜住進一個舒服空間，價錢合理，2層式公寓絕對係首選。

位置特別好！！就在省博和廣州圖書館旁邊，算是CBD裏，樓下就有24h便利店，門口直接掃自行車或者打車都很方便；周邊是住區，白天晚上都算安靜，雖然電梯區人多，不過不會吵到房間裏，休息還可以。 有陽台和晾衣架，不想用洗衣機的可以手洗衣服有地方晾，這個對於夏天出行特別友好👍 管家和阿姨特別好溝通，晚上半夜到店聯繫回覆都很快，行李寄存也方便 缺點是確實有些年份，個別設施比較老舊，不過還能接受，畢竟位置確實大加分
