Henghe Select S·Design Hotel (Guangzhou Xinshi Baixin Plaza)

Great hotel! The service is excellent, the stuff and manager attitude is really friendly for the foreigners. I'll definitely recommend them.

We stayed here for 3 nights as a couple for a business trip. We did not have good sleep at all. I understand that this is a boutique hotel. However, they are really lack of the basic hotel amenities like min fridge, foot mat, safety box and bath robe etc. We wanted to store something in the fridge and the staff told us that fridge does not exist in this hotel. I find it quite difficult to believe. Another big problem is the room is full of mosquitoes and when we asked the staff for a room change, they claimed every rooms are like that and the whole Guangzhou is like that. I was speechless. The bed was not comfortable not to mention it was really dirty and full of stains. The only good thing may be the bathtub as its big can fit in 2 people. There’s a convenient store right next to the hotel which I think it is 24/7. But I didn’t see any restaurant opening til late night around the hotel. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. And I will definitely not going back to this hotel ever again. It was quite disappointing.
