I didn’t like the location it was hard to navigate and the pavements are rocky. The room is ok but there is only one lift. The staff smoke on the laundry level The gym has no weights The room is good and size is average Hardly see any staff anywhere unlike at Atour

This hotel last trip stay before near my meeting area..So book again just for a stop over next day fly off.

A bit noisy facing the side street, but overall a clean and tidy hotel.

Their ventilation system is awful. And not clean enough compared to other same brand hotel. As I got a fever there, their service is terrible. Please train your employees properly. Won’t be there anymore.

The hotel is new, well kept and clean. But I stayed for 4 days and they never cleaned the room except than for changing the towels. They did not wash or exchange the dirty cups and not even touched the pillows. And they never washed the floor. The place is really good, breakfast is good but the housekeeping is missing a bit of training.

No e hotel. Convenient in transportation. Subway station not far away.

房間非常寬敞 明亮 已經無數次選全季了 在鬧市的居民區 所以也很安靜 開窗睡都不吵 入住服務也很貼心 問了樓層的偏好來安排 需要的物品也隨時機器人送上門 唯一注意的是 離地鐵站略遠不是特別好找 但走路五分鐘可以去到五羊邨主幹道比較熱鬧安全

這個全季可能是住過很差的，房間衞生不好，入住後其中一間房間地上還有垃圾沒有打掃。另一件同樣沒有打掃乾淨，鏡子上有水漬沒擦，地上不乾淨，電話上全是灰塵，這個裝修和小旅館也差不多了。入住開了空調，立馬有公廁的尿騷味，兩個人都聞到了，找半天發現是出風口，喊了前台來看要求換房間。前台沒有聞到，我們説內層床味道更大，當時我站在床上，她竟然拖了鞋也站上去？我請問你們服務是不是可以加強一下？你哪怕墊個毛巾？你穿着襪子直接踩客人的床？全季是這麼培訓的？另一間房也是有同樣的味道，於是沒換。 枕頭也軟的過頭沒有支撐力太塌，吹風機是壞的。喊送一個上來，又破又小，吹兩分鐘要冷卻十分鐘才可以用。我小學出行用過這種吹風機，沒想到25年有幸又見到了…… 整體設施老舊，用品老舊，裝修老舊，床很小。服務不好。大堂熱，空氣不流通完全沒有全季的舒適感。

先説非常滿意：1、酒店位置離2個地鐵口近 ，出行非常方便。 2、服務人員也是超級無敵好， 早上來的早 ，直接先辦理入住。 耐心解答周圍環境，還贈送小禮物。 主打有應必答。 3、酒店超乾淨，一直信賴全季衞生環境。 住的太放心舒心了。 4、酒店樓下有超市 ，餐飲店、200米有陶陶居、潮發牛肉，飲食太便捷了。

酒店地點方便，步行去五洋邨地鐵站大約十分鐘。房間裝修較新，整潔，設備齊全。電視有投屏，有機器人送餐。

一入住前台就讓我交錢升級房型 我一再強調需要安靜的房間才能入睡 705-706兩間房從凌晨4點開始裝垃圾 完全沒有辦法入睡 前台這種惡劣銷售行為實在是太噁心了
