Recensioni su Vienna Hotel (Guangzhou Beijing Road Pedestrian Street Big Buddha Temple)

The hotel was clean , with shampoo and body wash, a beautiful picture of Vienna on the wall and toilet. There are some delicious yet economical restaurants nearby. Some large shopping malls nearby selling different kinds of snacks and drinks.

Im quit disappointed with this hotel. Firstly, the receptionist cannot speak in english. We just communicate using the translator. This hotel is in the city of Guangzhou, the management should hired people who can speak in English because many tourists come to China especially in Guangzhou. Secondly, this hotel is below on my expectations. I got different room from what i already booked in trip. When i ask the receptionist, i want to change the room what i already booked, they just told me the type of room i booked is already fully booked. What kind excuse is that?? I paid for garden view double room, but what i got is a small room not same with what should i get. They also very rude. The location of the hotel also hard for me to find halal restaurant. I’m not repeat to stay this hotel again. Never!

Location is very good, but room with cigarette smell. Only one lift, waiting time is long.

The fittings in the room are old and dated. The hotel seriously needs a refurbishment. Room has a great view and bed is comfortable but a little small for a family of 3 (2 adults and 1 child). Location of the hotel is great as the Beijing Road Walking Street is just opposite.

The Location is quite good, just 2 minute walk to Beijing Rd. I picked it cause it was close and the price and very good. I arrived and the 2 receptionists, while i wouldn't say they were rude, but were more focused on chatting to each other then serving me. The Hotel is a bit dated, but if your just using it for a bed and shower, nothing to complain about. My worst experience was with the lift, there are 2, a guest only and a service lift. Both very very slow.

The hotel is perfectly located across from the entrance to the Beijing Pedestrian Street and a few minutes walk from Gongyuanqian metro station, Exit E. On the flip side, this chain of hotels always have a bad smell, like the drains need to be cleaned regularly, they also need to dust the rooms more often than they do plus the carpets are in need of some good TLC. But it’s fair to say, it you’re on a budget then this is a decent enough hotel to comfortably stay in.

Door key card is out of order every day. The location of hotel is convenient.

A little bit below average standard hotel, it was lacking basic amenities and met mediocre expectations.

Good for shopping area. But the room has no windows.

Was a very old restaurant without much maintenance. They should change the carpet of the floor and the lift to be maintained. Very scary

Location is spot on. Rooms are of decent size. If u do choose a windowless room be prepared for a humid sticky floor. Customer service of front desk is lacking.
