Arrivato presto e si è rallegrato che le 2pm possano tornare per l'iscrizione invece delle 4pm dichiarate su Trip.com. Mercury at Beijing Road è in posizione di prima posizione con il MRT 5mins away & Tee Mall situato accanto a esso. Essendo un hotel relativamente nuovo anno, le camere e le strutture sono nuove! Come la spaziosa camera con bar gratis e due tipi di cuscinetti. Il bagno è bidet giapponese e l'unico piccolo difetto è il drainaggio dell'acqua nel bagno è lento.
La casa di acqua minerale è riempita ogni giorno come il calore esterno è intenso. La sala lavanderia DIY gratuita al livello 30 è il mio salvatore per lavarmi i vestiti prima di andare in città.
Conclude che la stanza ha anche uno dei migliori disturbi sonori, perché non ho sentito alcun suono dal corridoio (anche se in camera c'è un avviso che gli stati possono avere rumore da costruzione e fornisce clusi).
In generale, questo Mercure Guangzhou è raccomandato.

Upon booking, I contacted the hotel receptionist who promptly arranged a driver to pick me up from the airport. I recently stayed at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel (Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport) for two nights. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of the positive reviews I read online, which makes me question their authenticity.
**From the very beginning, the check-in process was unpleasant.** The staff displayed a rude and unwelcoming demeanor. When they provided the initial Wi-Fi username and password, it turned out to be incorrect.
**We returned to the lobby to address the Wi-Fi issue.** Instead of simply providing the correct credentials, the staff member became impatient and took our phone to set up the connection themselves. When we politely requested the username and password for our computer, they responded with a dismissive attitude, stating they ”already set it up” and questioned why we needed the information. We explained the initial credentials were wrong, and they finally provided the correct username and password written on a piece of paper, further demonstrating their lack of courtesy.
**Housekeeping was another area of disappointment.** After our first night, we requested room service. Despite confirming our room number and promising to clean the room later, housekeeping never arrived. Returning to the hotel in the evening, we found our room untouched. We ended up having to replenish our own water bottles and toilet paper.
**The airport fetching service we booked was another source of frustration.** We arrived in the lobby early for the arranged pick-up time. However, when the pick-up time approached, we were informed that the car had already left for the airport without us!** There was no apology or explanation for this missed pick-up. Thankfully, another driver was present in the lobby and was able to arrange alternative transportation to ensure we reached the airport on time. Il check-in alla reception dell'hotel è molto veloce, il servizio è a posto, come un. Le strutture dell'hotel sono abbastanza buone! La receptionist che mi ha aiutato a fare il check-in ha sempre accolto ogni ospite con un sorriso e un atteggiamento caloroso. Mi ha sempre fatto sentire speciale e accudito. La sua competenza e il suo modo efficiente di lavorare hanno reso il check-in facile e veloce. Che si tratti di rispondere a domande, dare consigli o gestire problemi, è sempre proattiva e paziente. Il suo servizio mi ha fatto sentire il benvenuto, che personale di reception indimenticabile! Offre anche una varietà di servizi per fornire agli ospiti un eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo. Non mi delude mai.

UUtente ospiteLocation is very convenient. Walkable distance to the river and some parks. There are plenty of places to eat at the hotel or inside the building(k11). The room was nice, better than the hotel photos. On a cloudy day you may feel yourself inside a cloud. The lights of city in the evening are especially good looking from the this hotel. I like the ambiance of this hotel. The vibe is a relaxed sophistication. The artwork in the hallways, elevators and public spaces is very nice. Sometimes, i find the public spaces and hallways of this hotel to be more beautiful than the room, haha. The room is well reserved and relaxing , whereas public spaces are more energetic. Probably, how it should be. The great asset of this hotel is all the staff. And that would be the first reason i will be back to this place. A special thank you to Pyotr, Kimy and Aimee for your kindness, professionalism and a human side!

UUtente ospiteHo visto quanto sono venuto a vivere in questo negozio. Non mi sono deluso. L'hotel è ancora nuovo. Ho visto che è appena aperto per molto tempo. Il letto è molto comodo, l'igiene è molto pulita e non ha un odore distintivo. Molte volte sono state viaggiate a Guangzhou per vivere in diverse case vicino. Ora la città di Wharling Berlin stima che la casa ha il rapporto più alto di prezzo. Il prezzo è particolarmente pratico.Pochi giorni fa Guangzhou si è riscaldato, l'aria condizionata è calda, non essere troppo comoda. Il cibo vicino è molto conveniente, accanto a Guangzhou, è lucido e vivace.Molti cibo dolce.Il trasporto è molto conveniente, sottostante è la stazione di bus, 200 metri a tre minuti a piedi alla stazione di metropolitana di Xiaojia. La signorina Reception è molto entusiasta, molto paziente, risponde a molte domande, il servizio è molto buono.Vieni a vivere la prossima volta.

Iivonne8a93Staying at the Ramada Hotel allowed me to enjoy the city even more. The staff is really friendly and helpful, is close to main attractions of the city and right next to the river.
The common areas are good and the buffet breakfast had many options to choose from, you can see the Canton Tower from their pool area too where they also have gym, sauna and even indoor badminton courts. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Guangzhou again.

LLeiaOttimo hotel!! Il personale era molto utile e amichevole. soprattutto Xiaogo. lei è andata davvero sopra e oltre per aiutarmi quando ho avuto difficoltà a pagare il taxi con l'app.
Anche la posizione è molto buona, ma il lobby è un po' lontano dal punto di svolta.

SSeh KiatVery good location next to the Beijing Lu Pedestrian Walk. In the older part of the city. The surrounding is very nostalgic yet very well kept by the city.
My room is a river view high floor and it was exactly what I got. Full height window and a Tatami bed. It also came with a washer and a separate dryer. Unfortunately the dryer had to be placed in the bathroom which made it a bit cramp.
The room itself is well maintained and what I suspect to be toiletries left behind by previous occupants are displayed for subsequent travellers.
I had great sleep, unfortunately I could not enjoy the great view because it was fogged out during my stay..
Overall, think Airbnb apartment.
The building is quite aged, so the lifts are a bit slow in coming. Add to that, the entire building seems to be occupied by numerous similar operators.
BTW Check In and service desk is in apartment 1813, at least for now.
