Having stayed at several Atour properties, I can confidently say this location is the best of them all. The staff here go above and beyond to provide exceptional hospitality, making you feel truly cared for. On my first night, I encountered a problem with the heating in my room. The staff responded quickly and did their best to resolve the issue. When it couldn’t be fixed, they immediately arranged for me to switch to a new room—no hassle at all. The daily housekeeping was impeccable. My laundry was done perfectly, and I was impressed by the trustworthiness of the staff. I left valuables and even money in the room (intended as tips for housekeeping), but they never took it, which speaks volumes about their integrity. On my last day, I unfortunately had a fall in the room—entirely my fault—but the staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful. They helped me out and made sure I was okay, which I deeply appreciated. Overall, this hotel is worth every cent. The combination of excellent service, friendly staff, and a genuine commitment to hospitality makes it a standout experience. Highly recommend!

來考試選了連鎖，想着要安全舒適一些，麗楓的服務態度很好，因為標間都靠着馬路，還很貼心提供了耳塞，其實還是有點吵的，但太累了所以也沒有到入睡困難的程度。 但是酒店房間很多設定不合理，空調會莫名其妙滴滴響，隔兩秒響兩三次，也不知道在哪裡關，開關空調和換氣扇後會停一會兒，但莫名其妙過一會兒又開始了，睡覺起來關了起碼三次，十分離譜。 房間燈光太暗了，浴室有一條鐵絲，個子高的人注意安全，浴室玻璃是透的，貼了磨砂紙也會有人影，前面的浴室窗簾放不下來很煩，另外酒店這個音樂淋浴非常畫蛇添足

地理位置很不錯，交通很方便挺好找到，停車的地方也很充足，最主要的是免費停車的！！꒰^ↀωↀ^꒱❤❤地鐵站右手邊還有個大型商場沃爾瑪購物很方便，酒店旁邊也有一個未建成的商場，那邊很多美食店宵夜大排檔，建成之後衹會讓這家酒店更上一層樓，購買東西出去吃飯會更方便！°˖✧︎◝︎（⁰▿︎⁰）◜︎✧︎˖°這家酒店讓我感受到了濃濃的人文氣息，前台非常熱情好客，給我留下了深刻的印象。設施雖然不是最新的，但非常乾淨舒適，性價比超高🉑以

房間温馨，燈光温柔，有小愛智能控制，智能馬桶，房間乾淨，服務好，有洗衣烘乾機，還有健身房，開會回來可以不出去健身，下次來廣州還住這裏！

酒店位置在黃埔郊區那邊了，離市區差不多四十分鐘車程，除了舊點，其他都好，特別是那個床比較舒服。樓下好很多吃的，晚餐早餐都吃得比較便宜滿意！
