酒店離碧水灣度假村得近，今年新開的酒店，裏面的東西都是全新的，衞生很乾凈，床上用品和毛巾浴巾也很乾凈沒有異味，洗浴用品是佰草集，味道很好聞，酒店很用心還配了針線套裝，一般酒店都沒這些小東西，從牙刷包裝到衣架都很顯質量，床墊枕頭個人覺得睡得挺舒服，做得好的地方希望繼續保持，私湯配上浴袍就更好了。

Imperial Springs is a beautiful hotel set amongst a very serene Guangdong environment. Don't expect lots of busy activity here. Lots of quiet and it's often possible to not meet any other guests for hours at a time. The hot springs were peaceful and empty of people. There are staff on hand offering tea regularly. And it is open till late. To get around the facility you will be driven by a butler. They are always friendly and helpful. As a foreigner in China, I would say that Imperial Springs perfectly blends the experience of being in Guangdong, with aspects of staying in a hotel that will make a Westerner feel at home. I will be recommending it my colleagues and friends. There is both a Chinese food restaurant and a Western food restaurant. The Chinese restaurant did not have a menu available in English. Of course the hotel is a little on the pricey side. A bit cheaper would make the whole experience feel a bit better for customers. As always, it is the staff and people at a hotel that make the experience excellent. Ceci in the restaurant was very attentive and made sure I found some high quality food recommended from the chef. The hotel clearly employes highly professional catering staff. Rako and Michael also gave an excellent welcome tour to the hotel and took the time to drive me around to see the beautiful scenery.

My stay at the Santorini Hot Springs Resort was absolutely wonderful! The room was spacious, romantic, and incredibly comfortable, offering a true slice of Santorini Island in Greece. The private pool in the room was a luxurious touch, perfect for a relaxing and intimate experience. The entire atmosphere was picturesque, with beautiful views and a serene environment that made it feel like a true getaway. The breakfast and buffet were delightful, offering a great variety of delicious options to start the day right. The public pools were well-maintained and provided a fantastic experience, while the service was impeccable, ensuring that every moment of our stay was perfect. I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking to escape into a little piece of paradise!

L'hotel dispone di una posizione e strutture eccellenti, ma soprattutto il servizio e il personale. Mi ha sorpreso il numero di membri del personale che parlano inglese e sono così amichevole e professionale. Da quando siamo stati accolti in inglese, il numero di lavoro 038 ci ha accolti con un sorriso e un'attenzione. Abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni e 3 notti incredibili. Ho anche usato i servizi di massaggio, che erano medie. Per qualsiasi servizio che abbiamo fatto durante il nostro soggiorno giugno è stato quello di collegare e assicurarci di avere il miglior servizio. Un'altra persona che ha contribuito alla nostra piacevole esperienza è stata la manager del ristorante, che era anche fluente in inglese. Sinceramente, non ci aspettavamo mai tante persone a parlare la lingua. Il colazione era con una miscela di cibo asiatico e occidentale; fresco e delizioso. Il centro spa era sorprendente.Abbiamo avuto una pausa molto rilassante e calma dal lavoro e dal rumore nella grande città dell'EF. Solo hotel, servizio e posizione eccellente .

We booked Mountain View room, but didn’t get it. Tried to change it 2 times, but in vain. The receptionist told all up rooms are full already, so our holiday mood was ruined. Such a disappointment. We got room on the second floor and 2 days looked at Kids playground area(((( so it was Angry birds view, not Mountain at all((((((((( and the next day they started fixing something, so it was noisy ((((

酒店大堂及周邊很漂亮，也很安靜，白色的外立面很典雅，大堂的內部裝飾也不錯，從大堂到房間沒有電梯不是很方便，早餐不夠豐富，可以吃飽，配有桌球室和乒乓球室，價格還是偏高，性價比一般，希望下次有改進。

酒店的温泉池很少，還要是不定時開的，温泉池也很淺，坐在池底也衹能泡到胸口，想泡肩膀衹能自己想辦法。 女公共淋浴間衹有兩間，更衣室也是很小的，人多會有點不方便。 親子房的面積不是很大，衞生還可以，住的還算舒服。 酒店工作人員的態度也很好。 最讓人滿意的是酒店的餐廳，隨便點，味道都不差，而且性價比很高。
