It is approximately 3 kilometers away from Kunming Old Street, Nanping Pedestrian Street, and Nanqiang Night Market, 4 kilometers away from Cuihu Park and the Military Academy of Yunnan, and only 4 kilometers away from Yuantong Mountain Zoo. In addition, it is 2 kilometers away from Shuangqiao Night Market, about 8 kilometers away from Haigeng Dam of Dianchi Lake, Haigeng Park, and Yunnan Nationality Village. There is also the Haoyue Tiandi Shopping Mall nearby, which is only 1 kilometer away from the hotel.
Transportation:
• To the railway station: It is extremely convenient to get to Kunming Railway Station, which is only 100 meters away and can be reached on foot in about 1 minute.
• To the airport: It is 24 kilometers away from Kunming Changshui International Airport. It takes about 50 minutes to get there by subway and bus, but there are many transfers; it only takes about 35 minutes by taxi.
• To the high-speed railway south station: It is 22 kilometers away from the High-speed Railway South Station in Chenggong District, Kunming. It takes about 70 minutes by subway, with a lot of walking involved; it takes about 40 minutes by taxi.
• Travel within the city: There are many bus routes around. For example, Bus Route 2 can take you to Kunming Old Street, Cuihu Park and other places, and Bus Route 83 can take you to Yuantong Mountain Zoo. If you don't want to take public transportation, taking a taxi is also very convenient. It usually takes about 15 minutes to get to each scenic spot. Even for places like the Haigeng Dam of Dianchi Lake, which is relatively far away, you can get there quickly by taxi. For the nearby Shuangqiao Night Market, it is convenient to go there by bike or taxi. And you can reach the Haoyue Tiandi Shopping Mall on foot in about 15 minutes.

Great service! I like how they hurried with cleaning my room as I arrived early.
It’s just 2 minutes from the Kunming railway station and there’s may food store be a convenience store nearby too!

The hotel is really close to the train station, a 2 minute walk, impossible to miss. The reception staff welcomed us warmly even though we arrived really late. We were upgraded to a room with a bathtub and got a welcome fruit basket, which was very nice! The staff is very helpful and they did everything to make us feel comfortable, from recommending places to eat to facilitating luggage storage. Great experience!

Super impressed by the stay! We arrived really early because our flight was an early one, and the hotel staff didn’t show any unhappiness when we asked if we could do early check-in. Instead, she quickly checked for available rooms and upon seeing that we have two bookings, upgraded one of the room so we could rest before they tidy the other one. It was way before check-in time and they had no obligations to rush. But both the receptionist and the housekeeping were really helpful in getting us comfortable quickly. Definitely recommend this place! 😊
The only small little shortcoming would be the room sound proofing not being the best because I can hear people talking at the hallway. Like just a little! Nonetheless, still a great stay with this price and convenience! ☺️

We recently stayed at jiangye hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel's location was perfect, within easy walking distance of Kunming Railway Station. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay feel very welcoming. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with all the amenities we needed. We got free upgrade to room with bathtub🥰. We appreciated the smooth check-in process and the prompt assistance we received from the front desk staff especially Ms Ying Hong. Thankyou vm for your kindness❤️ Overall, we felt that this hotel offered excellent value for money and would highly recommend it to others. We would definitely stay here again. I think 5 stars are not enough, I definitely give 10 stars!

We stay in this hotel for transit ,since the next day was my train to Lijiang.This hotel is nearest to kunming train station (North) - Just about 4minutes walk.Alot of restaurant nearby and it's easy to explore.All the amenities are provided was good.The hotel also very clean and tidy.All the staff are welcoming and even gifted us with fresh fruit as a complimentary since we are from different countries(I'm from malaysia and my husband from Romania).If I come back to kunming ,we will book this hotel again.Thumbs up👍

Very clean, modern and spacious. Perfectly if you want to stay close to the railway, its only a two minutes walk. Its also pretty quiet. Bed very comfortable. The possibility for washing and drying clothes was ideal for me. Very friendly staff. Fruits and tea as welcome gift was also nice. Can't say anything bad.
