Hotel con colazione inclusa a Guam

糾結了很久，最後選了這家，原因是看到大家説這家酒店的海灘是自己的，不是公共海灘，另一個原因是雖然這家也挺貴的，但還是比市中心的那幾家要便宜一點。從機場打車到酒店是35美金+1美金/1件行李，後來我們離店的時候我是提前一天請酒店前台幫忙預訂的出租車到機場，酒店直接告訴我是25美金+1美金/1件行李。酒店的位置雖然不在市中心，很靠北，但是關島真的也不大，而且南部是生活區，遊客的活動區域主要就在北部，從酒店晃悠到市中心也就是20分鐘的步行。房間陽台直接看海，酒店自有海灘很乾凈、人不多，很舒服，但就是比較淺，游泳的話要往海里多走一點。市中心的公共海灘人稍微多一點，但其實也還好，整個關島就沒太多人，遊客也不多。酒店房間設施還可以，該有的都有，但千萬別拿四星五星的標準去衡量。衞生狀況可以。酒店會在房間裏放上環保咖啡杯，按人數給，送的，可以帶走。房間裏不提供瓶裝水，每個樓層都有凈水機和製冰機，要自己去接飲用水，房間裏有專門用來接水的玻璃瓶，當然也可以自己拿杯子去接。自來水不能直接飲用。酒店裡有餐廳，甚至還有個中餐廳，但我們都是出去吃的，從酒店往市中心走的路上，兩邊都是各種餐廳，挺方便的。總的來説，在關島這個啥都巨貴的地方，這家酒店的性價比不錯的。

We stayed here four nights on the inbound and outbound flights to/from Palau. While this is a frills option. It is not a resort or ”vacation” hotel; it is close to the airport and serves the purpose for a stopover. The hotel has some areas to improve, but I will stay again when I am in Guam. Guests can overcome the areas to improve with a little vigilance. Here is the need-to-know information. Our flight from ICN arrived at 10 PM, and our flight from Palau arrived at 6:30 AM. There was no airport shuttle. The cab cost of $50 for the 15-minute ride on both trips. There was no airport shuttle from the hotel to the airport. However, the hotel can arrange a cab for $25. However, this wasn't easy. On our return trip for example, I asked three times for a cab confirmation to the airport. Each time, the desk person said, ”No problem. We have it arranged.” Then, when we were ready to leave, there was no cab. The lady behind the desk made several calls but could not secure a ride. She did save us in the end. If you need a ride to the airport, you must stand there while they make the call or book it yourself and be prepared to pay ~$50. The hotel is not near any restaurants, etc. We chose to rent a car from the hotel for $64 inclusive of taxes and not use taxis. This was a good deal. It was cheaper and more convenient. It is easy and quick to travel anywhere on the island with a car. The Wi-Fi was excellent, the rooms were fine, and breakfast (7 AM – 9 AM) was adequate, although the hot food was not super-hot. The water was hot in the room, the toilets flushed, and the rooms were clean. The rooms have a fridge and a microwave. Another area to improve was the elevator. It wasn't working. The people behind the desk said ”we turned it off.” We had two dive bags and carry-ons. The hotel does not provide people to help you with your bags. It was up to us to port our bags. Check-in needed to be more convenient with paperwork. Be prepared to spend a few minutes signing forms stating you won't smoke, damage the room, etc. The hotel has an excellent view of the airport. The hotel is adequate and does the job. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Just be vigilant.

The breakfast at the hotel was a well-stocked buffet-style meal. They did make custom omelets. The breakfast included a wide range of meats each morning. There were breads, cereals, and pastries. Coffee, teas, and juices were included. The rooms are large and are well-appointed. The bed, pillows, and linens were outstanding. My room had a nice view of the pool and ocean. The internet worked well. The hotel is well located near the beach, dining, and shopping district. Other nightlife activities are in close walking distance. There was a large self-serve washer & dryer on-site.

I reserved a corner ocean view room but upon check-in was told that they had upgraded my room to their tower. When I arrived at that room, it overlooked some other roofs of buildings and a pool. This was in no way an upgrade. I called the front desk and told them that I was not happy. They found an ocean/beach view room and moved me. It was not the corner room that I had reserved, but it was okay. As far as the hotel itself, it is a bit dated and needs some renovations. The AC controls in the room does not give an option to select a temperature. It is merely a push button panel with low/med/high buttons (very dated). The room television was very small (about 32”, if that much) and the remote control menu was difficult to navigate. I would have to keep pushing the menu button to get it to finally change from the hotel channel to those of the movie and television channels. The remote control requires some sort of ir device located under the TV to work. It looks like a spy camera, but I used my personal bug/camera detector and decided it was just an ir device for the remote (strange and very dated). Of the three lobby elevators, only one was working. The elevator that takes you to the basement parking makes strange noises and the panel buttons are damaged. The aquarium located near the lobby had tons of algae growth and was in dire need of cleaning. The lighting in the aquarium was very dim and in need of repair/replacement. This was not an appealing aesthetic. When I checked out at 0500 there was nobody working at the front desk. I rang their bell a few times and nobody showed so I left my room key on their counter and proceeded to the airport. As far as the restaurants, the breakfast buffet was good with several options. The Japanese restaurant Sagano was very nice and the food was great. They obviously have a talented chef there. The hotel staff for the most part were very nice. It was just the check-in process mentioned above that was very unsatisfactory. All in all, I will choose a different hotel the next time that I go to Guam.

Ho trascorso il mio primo viaggio dopo Corona con la mia famiglia a Guam! Penso che Dusit Thani sia stata una buona scelta perché volevo una sistemazione pulita. I lavoratori sono gentili e il salmone della colazione era delizioso, quindi ho preparato e mangiato un'insalata di salmone e un panino al salmone ogni mattina. La vista era davvero bella e la piscina e il mare sono direttamente collegati, ho potuto muovermi e giocare comodamente. Ho giocato anche alla piscina di Dusit Beach. Era comodo perché c'erano ristoranti nelle vicinanze e i posti per lo shopping erano proprio di fronte.

L'atmosfera della stanza, la pulizia e la risposta erano buone, ed è un'ottima posizione per giocare in acqua e fare shopping. C'erano anche personale coreano alla reception ed erano gentili. Tuttavia, il ristorante per la colazione aveva una bella atmosfera, ma non c'era molto da mangiare.

Gli edifici, lobby, corridoi e camere sono molto puliti e puliti, le strutture come la vasca / bagno sono molto nuove, le aree intorno al letto sono molto pulite, quindi mi piace davvero. I booked ocean view but they served us partial ocean and parking view. I so disappointed and I requested to change another room but they said no more room available to change even though it seemed to me that so many rooms are vacancy. There was bad odor on the shower curtain and so a lot of dust. It was very senaitive sound from next room though the connected door. There was no privacy at all. In the midnight, alarm sound rang and some Chinese announcement from speakers. We were really scared and panic for a while. I didn't even have any picture to upload from the hotel. I am sorry but I won't to visit there again. Thank you!
