Guam: hotel con bar

糾結了很久，最後選了這家，原因是看到大家説這家酒店的海灘是自己的，不是公共海灘，另一個原因是雖然這家也挺貴的，但還是比市中心的那幾家要便宜一點。從機場打車到酒店是35美金+1美金/1件行李，後來我們離店的時候我是提前一天請酒店前台幫忙預訂的出租車到機場，酒店直接告訴我是25美金+1美金/1件行李。酒店的位置雖然不在市中心，很靠北，但是關島真的也不大，而且南部是生活區，遊客的活動區域主要就在北部，從酒店晃悠到市中心也就是20分鐘的步行。房間陽台直接看海，酒店自有海灘很乾凈、人不多，很舒服，但就是比較淺，游泳的話要往海里多走一點。市中心的公共海灘人稍微多一點，但其實也還好，整個關島就沒太多人，遊客也不多。酒店房間設施還可以，該有的都有，但千萬別拿四星五星的標準去衡量。衞生狀況可以。酒店會在房間裏放上環保咖啡杯，按人數給，送的，可以帶走。房間裏不提供瓶裝水，每個樓層都有凈水機和製冰機，要自己去接飲用水，房間裏有專門用來接水的玻璃瓶，當然也可以自己拿杯子去接。自來水不能直接飲用。酒店裡有餐廳，甚至還有個中餐廳，但我們都是出去吃的，從酒店往市中心走的路上，兩邊都是各種餐廳，挺方便的。總的來説，在關島這個啥都巨貴的地方，這家酒店的性價比不錯的。

Sotto l'epidemia di tre anni, ci sono alcuni segni tropicali sulla superficie delle case di strutture vacanze, che non hanno alcuna gestione. Si stima che i costi di lavoro siano troppo costosi e si può incontrare un arresto elettrico a breve termine, ma l'igiene delle strutture interne è ancora buona, tranne il fiore di fiori meraviglioso.L'atteggiamento del personale di servizio è buono e spesso è un trattamento VVVIP.Desidero tornare a normalizzare il prima possibile!

Ho trascorso il mio primo viaggio dopo Corona con la mia famiglia a Guam! Penso che Dusit Thani sia stata una buona scelta perché volevo una sistemazione pulita. I lavoratori sono gentili e il salmone della colazione era delizioso, quindi ho preparato e mangiato un'insalata di salmone e un panino al salmone ogni mattina. La vista era davvero bella e la piscina e il mare sono direttamente collegati, ho potuto muovermi e giocare comodamente. Ho giocato anche alla piscina di Dusit Beach. Era comodo perché c'erano ristoranti nelle vicinanze e i posti per lo shopping erano proprio di fronte.

L'atmosfera della stanza, la pulizia e la risposta erano buone, ed è un'ottima posizione per giocare in acqua e fare shopping. C'erano anche personale coreano alla reception ed erano gentili. Tuttavia, il ristorante per la colazione aveva una bella atmosfera, ma non c'era molto da mangiare.

투몬 시내랑은 거리가 좀 떨어져 있어서 렌트를 하지 않는다면 조금 불편하긴 하지만, 리조트를 내가 빌린 것 마냥 조용하고 편하게 이용하고 싶으신 분들에겐 아주 좋은 선택지예요:-) 스탭들도 매우 친절했습니다. 리가로얄에서 2박 후 두짓비치로 옮겨 2박을 더 했는데, 두짓비치는 너무 시끌벅적한 느낌이 있었어요. 인피니티풀은 예쁘고, 룸 오션뷰도 매우 좋습니다. 조식같은 다이닝은 이용하지 않았구요, 룸 컨디션이나 시설은 좀 낙후되어 있긴 합니다. 하지만 기대를 안하고 갔는데 생각보단 훨씬 좋았어요. 너무 습하지도 않고 적당히 깔끔해서 좋았습니다. 가성비 좋은 호텔이에요!

My childhood memories are filled with fond recollections of the days when this hotel was known as Daichi, and the Seahorse was its neighbor. It's heartwarming to witness the tremendous growth in the form of the Crowne Plaza, now in its third iteration. Despite the substantial exodus of people from Guam and the challenges faced by the hospitality industry, my experience at the Crowne Plaza was nothing short of spectacular — even amidst the aftermath of the most devastating natural disaster to hit the island in over 20 years. During my visit, the hotel experienced sell out occupancy for several days before and after my stay. To complicate matters, some rooms were rendered unavailable due to storm damage. Yet, to my amazement, both of my rooms were seamlessly upgraded without request, including one room to a one-bedroom suite. This exceptional resource management and commitment to their loyalty program and customers leaves me truly impressed. The hotel honored all Diamond Elite benefits, and with the Club lounge temporarily closed due to the storm, we were accommodated with equivalent offerings in the Lobby lounge. The Crowne Plaza's complete makeover, featuring a contemporary design, elevates it to the status of a brand-new hotel rather than a simple update with - and this distinction is important - new yet outdated hardware. For example, their innovative digital elevator is a fresh concept on Guam, separating them from their local competition. I want to extend my sincerest appreciation to Abegail. Her exceptional service and assistance with check-in and resolution of an issue with our room rate demonstrated her expertise. I booked the best flexible rate and even that somehow doubled. Abegail took charge and resolved the matter. Her proactive approach and willingness to be our point of contact for any requests or concerns displayed remarkable initiative whilst juggling her duties at the counter. My gratitude extends to Abegail, the housekeeping, facilities, F&B, and the entire team for the outstanding care they provided during such challenging circumstances. A special thank you goes out to Tan Holdings and IHG for their continued investment in and commitment to the Crowne Plaza to ensure not just a future, but a brighter future, for Guam's hospitality industry.

I bianchi non esistenti, ripeto, i bianchi non esistenti, devi comprare letteralmente un bianchio a Ross perché i bianchi sono fogli letterali o alcuni bianchi incrociati intorno all'angolo del bianchio. L'aria condizionata è così fredda che si può catturare un freddo senza un cappello. Sono una persona che crede in “se non hai niente di bello da dire, non dire nulla” ma l’omg della casa è solo vicino a nulla. Solo prende il rifiuti e basicamente è. Continua a lasciare un punteggio ogni giorno, ma un minimo di almeno sgranatura del pavimento sarebbe bello. Ma il posto e il prezzo erano i baci dei cuochi, quindi portate o comprate un giacca.

I’ve stayed here several times already. This time around was great as well as they accommodated my request for a high floor. There are some gripes with our room though. There was a nasty sticky red residue on the floor between our twin beds under the security safe tabletop overlooked by too service. Also our AC for our room was freezing and the room was hot. The TV remote was also dead. I tried calling reception via the room phone but could not reach. I had to call via my cell phone to reach them. They were able to have a tech come in and change the batteries. I also informed him at the time of the AC. He restarted the AC but to no avail after some time. They were able to relocate us to a room a few doors down. The new room was much better and up to expectations of what I’ve had the past few visits. This time however, we did not get the usual free 2 bottles of water in either room. Not sure if it is no longer included but something to think about on the next visit. Upon check out, one staff at the reception tried to charge me once more when I had already paid via Trip.com. She was also asking me why rent fee was cheaper than normal and I had to inform her about the trip.com reward discounts I had used. She was corrected by another staff and I was good to go after they refunded my security deposit. Overall, another pleasant experience but not without some gripes here and there. The pricing for the room and the service from staff and tech was very well worth it. Will definitely stay again. Hopefully a better experience next time.

Have stayed here many times for work. I just wanted to thank everyone at Hilton for taking such good care of us the past few weeks! I was here for work, and it was a bit unnerving being away from home and family during Typhoon Mawar… but I appreciate the hotel’s constant updates and adaptability! Everyone was working so hard to keep us safe during this very tough time, and it’s truly appreciated! Glad we came thru it okay, prayers for the recovery ahead, grateful to Hilton and all your staff. Thank you.

I really LIKE this property. The rooms were really perfect. Offering just what you need for a 24 hour stay for a more than FAIR price. The hotel was very clean and VERY COMFORTABLE, pillows were clean and I love the 5 gallon water in the room for cold and hot water. This hotel delievered with a great view and clean outdoor patio, it's the little things. The pool has one of the best views in my opinion and I like the location of the property. It's a short walk down some stairs to the beach. The front desk ladies and gentleman were super kind and helpful and did their best. The management is extremely professional and warm. I will be back
