Hotel a 4 stelle popolari a Gstaad

La coppia che possiede e noleggia la cappella è sorprendente. Veramente persone di buon gusto e felice. Mi sentivo davvero a casa come un piccolo ospite di casa. Grande vista e molto vicino alla città! Tornerò certamente e lo consiglio molto!!!

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per la vicinanza all’impianto sportivo per il torneo tennistico. Purtroppo l’unica nota positiva e’ stata quella vicinanza e la cortesia e gentilezza di tutto il personale Niente altro. Prezzo altissimo: 1600 euro due camere per 1 giorno e mezzo (camere consegnate alle 15 e fatto check out per esigenze di aereo alle 7 del secondo giorno). Affaccio del balcone su una palazzina (distante meno di 10 metri) con finestre che guardavano direttamente nella camera. Non essendoci aria condizionata abbiamo dovuto dormire con le finestre aperte, praticamente davanti ai vicini dirimpettai (che almeno avevano le finestre oscurate). Tutti gli hotel di montagna hanno affacci sui paesaggi meravigliosi. Solo noi eravamo al “grande fratello”!. Wi Fi praticamente inesistente (in Svizzera per gli italiani e’ indispensabile averlo non potendo utilizzare il roaming). Non conosco altri hotel di 4 stelle che non hanno wi fi funzionante. Non ci tornerò’ mai più.

My room was located at the side of the hotel, overlooking the river. It was delightful to open my balcony door and hear the sound of running water filling my room (to be clear it was the sound that came into my room, not the water itself). Inside, the room was spacious and had a style sitting somewhere between Scandinavian and Swiss alpine. The hotel is on the edge of town and provides ready access to the surrounding countryside, including a pathway by the aforementioned river. I had both lunch and breakfast at the hotel restaurant. The food and service were good and there is a nice outdoor area to dine in, weather permitting. All of the staff that I encountered at the hotel were professional and welcoming. All in all, I had a very pleasant stay in charming Gstaad.

I recently stayed one night at the chalet and had a great experience. The person working the front desk was very friendly and helpful. My room had a balcony with a beautiful view of Gstaad and the surrounding mountains, and it was reasonably priced, esp. given how high end Gstaad is. A nice breakfast was included. I also enjoyed the delicious welcome chocolates. Note that it's about a 15 minute uphill walk from town to the hotel, but they do offer shuttle service to/from town. They have a nice sauna/steam room area that is available that can be reserved for one hour private use. I had dinner in the hotel restaurant, which was good though pretty pricey. I would definitely recommend this chalet!

Nice place and freindly host. Wish can stay longer.

L'appartamento è eccellentemente attrezzato, molto tranquillo e è stato consegnato in eccellente, pulito. La manipolazione dei trasferimenti e il supporto durante il soggiorno erano perfetti. Prenoteremmo questo appartamento in qualsiasi momento!
