Hotel in zona Wilderswil, Grindelwald

Wir haben spät gebucht und das verfügbare Angebot an Zimmern war an einem Wochenende in der Hochsaison sehr beschränkt. Wir haben zu unserer Freude noch ein Zimmer erhalten und alles hat wie abgemacht bestens geklappt (Zusatzbett im Zimmer, Parkplatz reserviert). Also dürfen wir uns nicht beklagen, insbesondere weil die Sauberkeit sehr gut, das Bett bequem und das Bad gross waren. Alles klappte bestens wie vereinbart. Die Einrichtung war etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wirklich enttäuscht waren wir über die Aussicht an eine hohe Wand und eine rostige Schubkarre direkt vor dem Zimmer für einen doch recht stolzen Preis, insbesondere weil wir eine Aussicht auf den Eiger oder zumindest das nächste Haus erwartet hätten. Auch das Flair entsprach eher einem Stadthotel in London als einem Berghotel in Grindelwald.

L'hotel è situato vicino alla stazione terminale, che è molto conveniente. Anche se ha detto che non è stato fornito colazione durante la prenotazione, ma dopo aver controllato con il ricevitore dell'hotel, è stato fornito colazione. Se avete bisogno di acqua calda, potete bollirla nella zona comune.

Questo è un ostello molto bello composto da 2 edifici. Le camere doppie sono in un edificio separato, il che significa che è bello e tranquillo lontano dai gruppi. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite. Il buffet è grande, meglio di quello che si offre in alcuni hotel meno costosi. Abbiamo anche cenato una volta, che era molto delizioso e buono valore per i soldi. Il sole è disponibile sul patio, ci sono posti a sedere fuori e un ”grillplatz”. In tutto ciò abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno in questo ostello.

E'grande!Il servizio dell'hotel e'bello, non sono ancora arrivato al momento di check-in dopo essere arrivato al negozio, ho conservato il bagaglio. Quando torno, il personale dell'hotel ha mandato il mio bagaglio nella stanza, che mi fa sentire molto bene e mi ha alzato la stanza. L'hotel ha anche piscina, zuppa di salsa, sauna, tutte le esperienze gratis.Le bevande nel mini bar della stanza sono bevande gratis.Naturalmente, la scena della stanza non deve essere menzogna, la finestra può vedere il monte dei sogni!Quando si parte, la reception ha anche inviato cioccolato all'hotel!Il servizio è fantastico. Vivi la prossima volta!

5-star stay! We were part of a small tour group and drew the lucky straw for a room in one of the chalets, not in the main building! (What an experience with a lateral-moving elevator!) We had a huge corner room, with a wrap-around balcony (shared with 2 other rooms, although the corner portion just on our side had a large dining table). We had a spacious bathroom with plush robes, thick & large towels, slippers, a large tub as well as walk-in rain shower, and a separate toilet room with small sink. The suite was beautifully decorated and included complimentary still & sparkling water in the refrig., a Nespresso maker, & kettle. We needed help figuring out all the switches & buttons, but do be aware you have wooden shutters that close with those switches to provide blackout sleeping conditions. What a great idea! We enjoyed an excellent breakfast buffet with table service for coffee if we didn't want to espresso maker. Our group had dinner our first night there , and it was very good. Location is great - you're not in the middle of the very busy street with foot traffic, road noise, and myriad restaurants. It is, however, an easy walk to that main street, and you're very close to the train station, too. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the flowers gorgeous. The relatively near TI has great suggestions for hikes in town if high altitude hiking is still snowy.

Hotel molto conveniente proprio davanti alla stazione ferroviaria grindlewald, molto consiglia per chi vuole avere facile accesso alla stazione ferroviaria! La camera d'albergo con vista al picco di Eiger è stata fantastica e la selezione del colazione è grande !

La superficie del nostro viaggio svizzero era letteralmente nel bellissimo villaggio alpino di Grindelwald, dove la famiglia Konzett gestisce un hotel boutique storico, affascinante nel cuore del villaggio, conveniente per tutto, compresa la stazione ferroviaria. L'hotel è un hotel di lusso, con un personale molto amichevole e professionale, il primo viaggio europeo per i nostri nipoti, e il personale ha fatto in modo che fosse un viaggio di vita per loro. L'Hotel Kreuz & Post è la scelta perfetta per adulti e bambini. Il personale è di eccellente qualità, professionalità, accoglienza extra e tutto ciò che si aspetta in un hotel di lusso. Il più alto consiglio per un soggiorno autentico negli Alpi svizzeri. Kudos a tutti i Konzetts e il personale!

Siamo stati nella galleria apt 10, la dimensione perfetta per la nostra famiglia. Gli appartamenti sono in realtà nell'edificio dietro l'hotel, ma pensavamo che fosse meglio che stare sulla strada principale. Il colazione era lo stesso ogni giorno, ma era tutto a posto per noi perché volevamo mangiare rapidamente per arrivare alle nostre avventure! Ora qui sono i pro e cons in nostra opinione! Pro: - Absolutamente fantastico VISTO DA QUESTO APPARTAMENTO 10! Ci sedevamo fuori sul nostro balcone ogni sera e ci siamo appena maravillati della bellezza delle montagne. -Amore il balcone - Avendo la piccola cucina era molto bello soprattutto andare a COOP e ottenere qualche cibo, bevande, snack - Colazione inclusa - Bagno era bello - Appartamento era pulito Cons: - Non c'è aria condizionata, quindi se è caldo, allora devi tenere il Le finestre sono aperte. Purtroppo, si sente il rumore dai ristoranti dell'hotel nelle vicinanze. Tuttavia, tutto sembra tranquillo entro le 10:30. - Nostro figlio si è addormentato in letto in alto, perché mio marito e io eravamo molto preoccupati di andare in piedi e giù le scale all’interno dell’appartamento.

We were hiking from Schynige platte til First, and had clearly underestimated the hike and perhaps overestimated our own ability. When we reached First, the gondola down to Grindelwald was closed (for anyone else, please note that they close it rather early (17:30-18:00-ish) considering how long a hike it is from Schynige Platte, and start as early as possible, since it takes quite some time to even reach Schynige Platte with the mountain train from Wilderswil). We called the hotel, to let them know, that we were coming but it would take some time, as we had to walk down from First on very sore legs. Steffie from the reception (sorry if this is not the correct spelling of your name) was incredible kind, and tried to help us as best as possible, and directed us to the hotel halfway down, where we could try to call for a taxi. We made it to the hotel, and as luck would have it, a taxi pulled in at the same time, as it was driving some people up to the hotel up there. If you should happen to end up in the same situation, try calling a taxi and see if they will go all the way up to First. It should be possible but will of course cost a bit to get them up there. The hike down to the hotel halfway down was quite steep, so hard on the knees. We were delighted to crawl into the taxi and get driven all the way to the hotel door. Here we met Steffie, who kindly offered to open up the spa area just for us, as it had closed before we were able to reach the hotel, and would not open until after we had to check out the next day. We were too tired at that point, and were in stead allowed to go in the spa the next day, despite having checked out at that point. We ordered some food from Steffie and got it sent up to our room, and enjoyed a meal, a nice bath and a comfortable bed. The next day, we enjoyed a very nice breakfast with champagne. Best of all was the employee cooking up omelets on order at the breakfast bar. We checked out. Stored our luggage at the hotel and went for a walk in town, before heading back to the hotel and enjoying the spa after it had opened. Steffie provided us with a key to the spa, and we were then lucky enough to be able to enjoy the spa all to ourselves. Definitely recommend using it when it opens up around noon if you have the opportunity. The infinity pool was just amazing in the sunlight and with the mountains in the background. Absolutely recommend this hotel, and a very big thank you to Steffie for the great service!

Nice mountain view from the room, but the room is not big. The hotel located 10 mins walk from the Grindlewald station and 2 mins walk from the First Bahn to go Grindlewald First. The breakfast is nice but it’s only open at 7am hence it’s quite rush if you have early activity which you have to leave the hotel early e.g to go to Jung frau.
