Hotel in zona Station Bort, Grindelwald

Hotel Alpenhof is a classic Swiss mountain hotel - lots of pine paneling and flower boxes on the windows. It has a small restaurant that serves Swiss specialties at dinner and a nice breakfast buffet. But, best of all, it has killer views of the north face of the Eiger and surrounding mountains. I was disappointed when we checked in late and found we were reassigned from the room with a flower bedecked balcony I had booked to a suite with a patio but I quickly got over it. The suite had a bedroom, living room with a couch, coffee table and desk, and a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. It was great to have an extra room to spread out all our hiking gear and the patio, with a table, chairs and umbrella overlooking the Eiger, was a great place to hang out after long hikes in the mountains. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant stayed open late after that late arrival and even allowed us to take pizzas back to our patio one night after an especially arduous hike. There certainly are fancier hotels in Grindelwald, but the Alpenhof is a clean, friendly and comfortable option we sincerely recommend.

스위스 여행에서 저를 울고 웃게 했던 숙소입니다 :) 먼저 시설만 보자면 생긴지 얼마 안 돼서 깨끗하고 좋습니다. 엘리베이터도 있고, 주방도 사용가능한데 식기며 기기며 거의 없는 게 없었어요. 요리하는 데 전혀 문제가 없었고요. 위치는 그린델발트 역에서 걸어서 가면 매우 멀고요, 버스타면 가까운 거리입니다. 🌟첫날 짐들고 걸어서 간다는 생각은 일단 버리세요.🌟 절대 짐들고 올라갈 수 없는 수직 하이킹입니다. 버스 시간 꼭 확인하셔서 타고 가시길 바라고요 (SBB 어플 사용하시면 편합니다) 숙소에서 그린델발트 게스트카드 주니까 공짜로 버스타실 수 있어요. (저는 융프라우VIP 쿠폰이 있어서 사용하진 않았지만요.) 제가 울었던 이유는: 1) 도착하자마자 아무도 없어서 전화걸며 1시간 가량 기다렸으나 아무도 받지 않고 오지 않음, 묵는 분들이 있어서 겨우 로비에서 기다림, 노트북에 다른 번호가 있어서 전화 걸었지만 받지 않음. 2) 기다리던 중 한 남자분께 전화와서 다짜고짜 왜 전화했냐고 함. 체크인 하려고 한다고 하니 오늘 풀 북킹인데 무슨 소리하냐고 함. 내 예약번호 알려 주니 일단 알겠다고 했고, 후에 밖에서 뛰어들어오시면서 여권달라고함. 미안하다는 말은 한 마디도 하지 않았음. (여기에서 매우 화가났습니다.) 어쨌건 결론적으로는 트립닷컴에는 예약 내역이 있지만 본인의 시스템에는 없다면서 제가 그걸 확인해 보게 하고, 방이 없으니 본인이 어떻게든 해보겠다고 함. 근데 태도가 미안해서 어찌저찌 해보겠다는 태도가 아니라 나에게 짜증을 내는 듯한 태도였음. 3)결국 매우 어렵게 방을 만들어 주었다는 듯이 생색내면서 방키를 주었고 우리는 1시간을 기다린 것에 대해 미안하다는 말도, 어떤 보상도 없는게 매우 억울했지만 빨리 방에서 쉬고 싶어서 키를 가지고 올라왔음. 근데 사진에 있듯 테라스가 없는 방을 줌... 분명 내가 결제한 방은 예약화면에 테라스가 있었고 난 그것만을 생각하며 예약한 거라 따지러 갔더니 내가 예약한 방이 그 방이라고 함. (분명 방을 만들어서 준거라고 했는데 내려가서 따지니 그 방이 원래 배정할 방이었다고...) 4)그러면서 ’부킹닷컴‘ 예약화면 사진을 보여주면서 그 방은 테라스가 있을수도 있고 없을 수도 있다는 걸 펄펄 뛰면서 강조하는데, 문제는 나는 ‘트립닷컴’에서 결제했고, 트립닷컴에서 내가 예약한 타입의 방의 사진은 모두 테라스가 있었음. 그렇게 얘기하니 엄청 화를 내면서 무료로 취소해 줄테니 마음에 안 들면 나가라고 함. 솔직히 말해서 난 이 말이 매우 협박으로 들렸고, 그 남자의 태도에 겁을 먹어서 나에게 혹시나 해꼬지를 할까 겁날 정도였음. 내가 여자고 아시안이기 때문에 이렇게 위협적인 태도로 말하는 걸까라고 의심하기도 함. [나는 이사실을 부킹닷컴 고객센터에 알렸고 지금은 내가 선택한 방 예약화면에 테라스가 없는 방 사진도 포함되어 있는 걸로 바뀜] 아무튼 이러한 이유로 매우 화가나고 울적한 상태로 스위스 여행을 시작했네요. ㅠ ㅠ 이 방은 테라스가 없고 구글 후기에 누군가 남긴 것 처럼 나무뷰 입니다... ㅋㅋ 다음에 다시 간다면 이 방이 걸릴까 걱정할 바에 그냥 한 단계 위 방으로 선택할 것 같긴하네요. 그리고 화장실과 욕실이 같이 붙어있는 데 그걸 3개의 방이 같이 쓰는 구조였어요~ 참고하세요.

Molto consiglio di rimanere in questo hotel. I proprietari sono angeli sulla terra. Erano così gentili ai miei amici e io. Non avrei potuto chiedere una più piacevole esperienza. Tutti coloro che lavorano qui sono così gentili e sempre disposti ad aiutare. Il colazione è fatto con ingredienti locali e le viste dalla nostra stanza sono incredibili. Grazie per aver reso memorabile il nostro soggiorno a Grindelwald. Tornerò

Siamo stati nella galleria apt 10, la dimensione perfetta per la nostra famiglia. Gli appartamenti sono in realtà nell'edificio dietro l'hotel, ma pensavamo che fosse meglio che stare sulla strada principale. Il colazione era lo stesso ogni giorno, ma era tutto a posto per noi perché volevamo mangiare rapidamente per arrivare alle nostre avventure! Ora qui sono i pro e cons in nostra opinione! Pro: - Absolutamente fantastico VISTO DA QUESTO APPARTAMENTO 10! Ci sedevamo fuori sul nostro balcone ogni sera e ci siamo appena maravillati della bellezza delle montagne. -Amore il balcone - Avendo la piccola cucina era molto bello soprattutto andare a COOP e ottenere qualche cibo, bevande, snack - Colazione inclusa - Bagno era bello - Appartamento era pulito Cons: - Non c'è aria condizionata, quindi se è caldo, allora devi tenere il Le finestre sono aperte. Purtroppo, si sente il rumore dai ristoranti dell'hotel nelle vicinanze. Tuttavia, tutto sembra tranquillo entro le 10:30. - Nostro figlio si è addormentato in letto in alto, perché mio marito e io eravamo molto preoccupati di andare in piedi e giù le scale all’interno dell’appartamento.

5-star stay! We were part of a small tour group and drew the lucky straw for a room in one of the chalets, not in the main building! (What an experience with a lateral-moving elevator!) We had a huge corner room, with a wrap-around balcony (shared with 2 other rooms, although the corner portion just on our side had a large dining table). We had a spacious bathroom with plush robes, thick & large towels, slippers, a large tub as well as walk-in rain shower, and a separate toilet room with small sink. The suite was beautifully decorated and included complimentary still & sparkling water in the refrig., a Nespresso maker, & kettle. We needed help figuring out all the switches & buttons, but do be aware you have wooden shutters that close with those switches to provide blackout sleeping conditions. What a great idea! We enjoyed an excellent breakfast buffet with table service for coffee if we didn't want to espresso maker. Our group had dinner our first night there , and it was very good. Location is great - you're not in the middle of the very busy street with foot traffic, road noise, and myriad restaurants. It is, however, an easy walk to that main street, and you're very close to the train station, too. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the flowers gorgeous. The relatively near TI has great suggestions for hikes in town if high altitude hiking is still snowy.

We enjoyed our stay with Bernerhof Hotel very much. Location is very convenient, only 5 mins walk from train station. And another 5 mins to Coop supermarket, which is good for all kind of vital purchases. Having the view of Eiger at the front of the hotel is definitely a huge bonus for anyone who wants great photo opportunity. Of course, that also must depends on the weather. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and all are within walking distance from the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful, attend to our request promptly. The breakfast though not lavish but it served our needs, and my wife loves the croissant there. Overall we are happy with our experience.

La superficie del nostro viaggio svizzero era letteralmente nel bellissimo villaggio alpino di Grindelwald, dove la famiglia Konzett gestisce un hotel boutique storico, affascinante nel cuore del villaggio, conveniente per tutto, compresa la stazione ferroviaria. L'hotel è un hotel di lusso, con un personale molto amichevole e professionale, il primo viaggio europeo per i nostri nipoti, e il personale ha fatto in modo che fosse un viaggio di vita per loro. L'Hotel Kreuz & Post è la scelta perfetta per adulti e bambini. Il personale è di eccellente qualità, professionalità, accoglienza extra e tutto ciò che si aspetta in un hotel di lusso. Il più alto consiglio per un soggiorno autentico negli Alpi svizzeri. Kudos a tutti i Konzetts e il personale!

Il nostro hotel è stato un luogo felice per molti anni, con il personale meraviglioso che ci saluta come vecchi amici. Le camere sono spaziose con eccellenti impianti e le viste sono impressionanti. Il cibo è assolutamente delizioso, con eccellenti scelte di menu, (dovremmo urlare a Felix, Alena e la squadra del ristorante, per il loro servizio professionale e amichevole, semplicemente eccezionale).

Wow! Questo riassume davvero la nostra esperienza di soggiornare all'Hotel Cabana in una parola. Un bel hotel a gestione familiare che è abbastanza piccolo da essere super amichevole, senza compromettere le norme. Avevamo una stanza spaziosa con un balcone che forniva una vista stupenda sul valle e sull’Eiger. Sedie con le braccia calde, e una tavola, questo era un posto confortevole per sedersi e semplicemente assorbire quelle viste che cambiavano quando la luce spostava durante il giorno. All’interno della stanza spaziale, una piccola tavola e sedie hanno fatto un’occhiata supplementare per coloro che desiderano mangiare lì. Un frigorifero, una caldaia, tazze, bicchieri, una bottiglia d'acqua e una bottiglia complimentare di vino rosso dagli ospiti all'arrivo hanno aiutato a far sentire questo come casa per le due settimane che eravamo li'. C'era sempre un'acqua calda ampia e, oltre a riempire il tè/caffè quando la stanza era pulita quotidianamente, c'era un'altra scatola di tè alla reception da cui gli ospiti potevano scegliere in qualsiasi momento. Il buffet del colazione è stato delizioso e, sebbene non ci siano pasti di sera serviti qui, gli ospiti sono stati più che felici di prenotare tavoli o taxi per noi, e hanno anche aiutato a individuare contatti utili per le attività nella valle. Una stanza di sci con riscaldatori, che significava che il nostro bagno bagnato era secco e caldo per il giorno successivo. E, sebbene non li usiamo, notiamo che anche una piccola zona di soggiorno (con bevande e snack da comprare), una sauna e un fitness.
