The staff were very friendly, and the view is also very pretty. The room was cozy and my family really liked the design as well. I don't like that there was only single lock to the room, and there weren't many spaces to place my belongings in the bathroom. I wish there were more choices of breakfast as well, but the dinner there was amazing.

房間小而舊， 設施：無空調，無牙刷 衞生：一般 環境：地理位置好，但也看不到少女峯 服務：太差，看不起中國人，訂2間雙床房，還不給小童入住，不可理喻。欺負中國人！還要另外加收小童50瑞郎，交錢後連條毛巾、枕頭都沒給

酒店在grindelwald 另一端上坡，不太近Grindelwald station and Coop，好在門口就係bus 121,122,123，不過一開始自己見Google map話係train station行15分鐘only，點知推行李上斜坡都幾辛苦😂 好在近Pfingstegg 和 First 纜車站，而少女峰就要either 搭bus 121,123或train to Grindelwald Terminal station，轉Eiger Cable car，一係就照去Grindelwald station，坐Train去Kleine Scheidegg 雖然住最高4/F，但房間冇冷氣，d蟲入哂房🫨 但風景係靚既，房又大，最衰冇雪櫃，只能夠在房煮下麵 早餐本身以為好少野食，但有得單獨order hot drink and egg，都幾好食 雖然見酒店餐廳dinner好似好多人贊，但太貴了，最平係4-course menu個d fine din，都要過CHF100

法瑞行程最貴的一家酒店，期望值也比較高，實際住下來覺得不如Zermatt的另一家，房間不算大，高低床很窄，而且為了防止我們用上鋪還鎖住了，這樣孩子坐起來的時候就很容易碰到頭。溝通無果，到德語區的第一天就感覺不好。泳池要收費，感覺有點摳摳索索，Zermatt那家酒店水療和泳池都是免費的。總之不及預期。

Un soggiorno perfetto. Grande attenzione al cliente, ottima accoglienza. Camera spaziosa e pulita, bagno nuovo. Hotel tradizionale ma rinnovato, stiloso e curato in ogni minimo dettaglio. Proprietario giovane e appassionato. Ristorante super. Consigliatissimo!

Hotel aperto da pochi mesi e molto accogliente arredato in stile minimalista ma di buon gusto e con un bel dehors da cui si può ammirare il panorama sontuoso dell’Eiger e delle cime innevate vicine. La location era perfetta tanto che non abbiamo mai spostato l’auto. Belle, spaziose e pulite le camere, noi avevamo un delizioso balcone da cui si poteva gustare il profumo delle erbe di montagna. Lo staff giovanissimo è veramente in gamba, preparato ed entusiasta del proprio lavoro, sempre disponibile e col sorriso sulle labbra. Bravi,bravi,bravi!!! Inutile dire che siamo stati benissimo e che se capiterà l’occasione torneremo qui assolutamente!! Grindelwald ci è rimasta nel cuore!!! Fabio e famiglia

We had the Loft room and it was spacious with great views. The room is well laid out and perfect for us. The front desk staff were extremely helpful in suggesting hikes and how to avoid crowds. Grindelwald is overrun by tourists in August but this hotel is off the beaten path with a bus stop at their front door. The church across the street has bells that sound during the day but not at night; perfect. When you go you must have dinner at their restaurant. While expensive it is an absolute culinary experience hard to beat anywhere. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Another big plus is an on site laundry; life saver for us travelling light. Everything you could hope for.

We loved our stay here! The owners are constantly working to make every part of your stay enjoyable. They provided custom recommendations for us and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. They have great hiking recommendations so bring your hiking boots! The rooms were clean and stylish and the restaurant was fantastic for dinner and breakfast. Incredible, caring owners! The view from the wading pool/hot tub (get the extra spa fee add on) was incredible.

Our family, two adults and our children, ages 5 and 7, enjoyed a wonderful 8 day stay in the Fiescherblick Loft this past July. The location was perfect for us at the quiet end of town and our room, with its large balcony, opened onto glorious views of the church across the road framed by the mountains. Having this outdoor space to enjoy in the evenings with a glass of wine was wonderful. In addition to the balcony doors, there are also two skylights in the room that automatically open and close based on temperature and weather. The room size, although not enormous, was more than enough for our family of four with the kids on the pull-out couch on the other side of the room divider which has a TV on one side and shelving on the other. The two bathrooms, one with a wonderful shower, also makes getting ready in the mornings much easier. Breakfast, which was included, was delicious and was a great way to start our long days in the mountains. Service at the front desk, the restaurant and everywhere else was exemplary. We had the dinner tasting menu at their restaurant twice (once on the beautiful patio outside and once inside) which was incredible and atmospheric. We also enjoyed the use of the spa (infinity saltwater pool and sauna) several times which must have the best view of any spa in the world. We can't recommend Hotel Fiescherblick highly enough and hope to return in the future.

We had 5 nights booked during the time of the Eiger ultra trail event. Extremely worth it! First an extra thank you to Andras for making us feel extra welcome and comfortable during the stay, and this, from our check-in to the checkout. The room was very spacious and comfortable including bed, day bed, armchair and desk. Balcony was great, with a very nice view and its furnitures. Bathroom was modern and perfectly to our taste. All felt very roomy. Breakfast was well supplied with good local produce and eggs are made to order (excellent). Bread is fresh and you can taste it! Final note on the location which we found very good. Central enough to be a quick walk to anything in Grindelwald, but also just a bit on the side to not be overlooking the crowd of the city. Like for the restaurant, would give 6/5 if possible !

Typically despite the big bucks you pay for a stay in Europe, the hotel room rarely ever feels like a bang for your buck. Our stay at this hotel surpassed all expectations. The hotel is charming, the rooms are lovely, the service is excellent and the location is idyllic! I can only list the pros - small but excellent breakfast, front desk doubles up as travel desk with excellent suggestions, the 4 course dinner is an experience to behold, the toiletries are high quality, the washing machine dryer in the basement was a god send for us, and the rooms were most comfortable with beautiful views all around! The brothers who run the hotel, Anders and the girls who serve at the tables have an incredible service attitude. We can’t wait to come again!

We booked a three-night stay for the Fiescherblick Loft in June 2024 and this hotel did not disappoint us. This family-run hotel is a recent new addition to their business and the room was clean and comfortable for a family of four. The daily free breakfast was provided a great balance of healthy local produce while the restaurant staffs were so friendly and welcoming. This was our second visit to Grindelwald and we had a few hiking trails planned before our arrival. If this is your first time visiting Grindelwald, no need to worry as the front desk was super informative and provided great tips and advice on hiking trails and daily itineraries based on the weather. Hotel Fiescherblick is in a convenient location with buses stopping at the front of the hotel and you can easily walk to many locations conveniently. We experienced great Swiss hospitality at Hotel Fiescgerblick.
