After checking in at like midnight and being charged $179, we awoke the next morning to no water pressure. I reported it to the front desk, the stated they would call maintenance. He came up to the room and turned on the shower and said yup you don’t have any pressure. He then went to the door and proceeded to leave, he stated I’ll fix it after you leave. We were shocked. We had been traveling for over seven hours straight the night before had not had a shower and we were very upset with the service. We packed are bags and went to the front desk. I told the clerk at desk what happened and she acted like she didn’t care. Didn’t offer us a different a new room, a discount on the room we paid for NOTHING! Horrible customer service. I’m a Hilton Rewards customer and I am shocked by this type of service .
