Stayed for two nights and apparently it was graduation weekend so the hotel was busy. Too many guests for one workable elevator. It took a while to get back and forth to your room. The breakfast buffet was ok.

Only 1 elevator worked. Ice machines were broke. The gym was poor—no towels, no bench, only had small dumbbells up to 8#—wimpy. Bed was ok but only had 4 small pillows for 2 people. I like extra pillows. Just an average stay.

Pool closed for no reason in mid May. room was dingy. I was charged 2x for the same night, and when called to correct it was placed on hold for 15 minutes with no update. I hung up to call back and she kept saying “Greensboro hyatt hold” and never let me get a word in fo
Ask for an update. Individual was rude about how she responded and wouldn’t allow me an opportunity to ask any questions on what steps were being taken. I ended up having to just dispute the charge with my cc. This is no 7.8 star hotel. More like a 3.5 on a good day. Disappointed with the miss representation of this hotel

We reserved a room with 2 doubles, family of 3. They only had king bed rooms left. My husband, myself and my grown daughter made it work for 2 nights because we were so busy but found another hotel with double beds for the remainder of our trip. Room was clean but we did not receive what we reserved or paid for, so obviously we were disappointed and would not recommend this hotel. Also, there was no bottle water available to purchase, only soda and the tap water was awful.

Only the breakfast and tea/coffee was barely hot. Other than that location was great and lots of places to eat outside of the hotel. Them seemed unstaffed. All in all i gove them a 4 out of 5.

Our room was across from the ice machine. Our second night we were constantly woken from people getting ice at all hours of the night and doing it loudly. Our first morning, breakfast was gone before 9am.

It was just ok. I booked a stay for 4 people but got 3 sets of towels. That needs to be addressed based on the amount of occupancy you’re expecting to have.

Reserved a room with 2 beds and a pull-out couch to accommodate our party, but we were told that there were none available at check-in.

Our shower was dirty had large amounts of hair on the floor. Toilet ran constantly, some floors smelled like cigarette smoke and mirajanna. We stayed 3 nights no housekeeping.
