I have to say getting someone to call you back was horrible! We had this trip booked and something changed 3 hours after cancellation time. I contacted the Hotel multiple times to see if anything could be done. I was more upset that no one would call back then the fact I had to pay regardless of the stay

It looked like there was some reno or improvement, but could use some more.
Nice property for not having a pool or even a free breakfast.
Friendly staff. Easy to find and get to from a main hwy.

What I loved about this hotel was its ability to see worth in humans AND keep their hotel clean. I met people that lived in this hotel AND only spoke good of them.
My room was super clean. That is not normal in a hotel that takes care of humans.
I highly recommend this hotel if you want to serve goodness on this planet. God Bless.

The room smelled and the property was not handicap friendly. People were partying upstairs and kept me and my child awake all night

Stay was horrible. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all.
I put in one room flush the toilet and flooded the bathroom. Moved to another room and the sink wouldn’t drain. Cleaning staff didn’t come in and provide clean towels. When asked what happened they stated had a don’t disturb sign on the door. Stated we didn’t even have a sign more less had it on the door.

While the bed was comfortable enough, the hotel and room itself was quite dirty. The 2 nd floor hallway window was broken out and covered with cardboard only. I received 4 phone calls on the hotel phone beginning at 1030 pm- 330 am-throughout the night disrupting sleep. I would not recommend this hotel, nor will I stay here again.

I have very reasonable expectations at this type of a hotel. My husband and I often will stay at a hotel of this star rating when traveling in essentially just need a place to sleep overnight. No expectation of a five star resort. Aged hotels are completely fine and we've stayed at many. However, this hotel was dirty and falling apart. If it wasn't so late in the night, after a long day of travel, we probably would've left. The curtains were falling off and we're missing pins so they couldn't even be fixed. the smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling, the bathtub had some brown residue. There was mold in the ring of the toilet, indicating the toilet had not been clean for sometime. The floor felt sticky and with one swipe of a tissue, the tissue was black.
