L'hotel stesso era bello. È ancora in costruzione, ma pulito. Il personale del front desk era tutto molto amichevole e bello. La signora più vecchia che lavorava al ristorante per colazione era molto brutta, cercava di prendere i miei figli per colazione e ci siamo fermati a camminare. Lei s’infilava gli occhi e ci sconvolgeva per voler ordinare di andare, così ho detto che se fosse più facile per lei, ci sedevamo e si comportava come se non ci fosse un posto dove stare seduto e se ne sarebbe andata molto occupata. Solo tre altre tavole erano sedute al momento della nostra arrivo. Dopo averci seduto, si sedette circa quattro altre tavole cinque minuti dopo. Ha ricevuto i loro ordini di bere e sembrava molto amichevole per tutti gli altri, ma non è mai tornato per aiutarci. Così siamo saliti e lasciati.

I returned to the Springhill Suites during a recent trip to Great Falls. I last stayed here in 2022. For the most part, everything was consistent with my past experience. The Springhill is probably still the best hotel in Great Falls. And it should be with the rates charged. $300 with taxes and fees is very expensive for a limited-service hotel. Besides being newish (the hotel is older than it looks) the best part is the location. Downtown is about 15 minutes by foot. Some rooms even have balconies overlooking the Missouri River. Just be mindful that the railroad tracks in front of the hotel are in active use. The last train I heard was close to 10 pm. When trains do come, they are extremely loud. Staff were likewise excellent. Polite, professional and welcoming. Public spaces and my room itself were clean. Even on a Sunday evening I saw maintenance or housekeeping staff cleaning public spaces. The gym was spacious and well-equipped. The pool and hot hub were also fairly large. Unfortunately, there's no bar. That is unusual in my experience as every Springhill Suites that I have ever stayed at has either had a bar or sold beer and wine in the market. The hotel has a beautifully landscaped and gardened patio. It's too bad as drinking a glass of wine out there on a summer evening would be perfect. As a Marriott Bonvoy Ambassador, elite status recognition was inconsistent. While I did get points and a market item at check-in as well as a fourth floor river-facing room, I wasn't upgraded to a balcony room. I would have preferred a balcony room. Also, none of the preferences on my reservation were fulfilled. The breakfast was the only real unacceptable part of my stay. No fresh eggs of any kind. Just prepackaged breakfast sandwiches of the kind that you can buy at a grocery store and some sort of kind of quiche. Nothing was labeled. There also weren't any fresh berries, despite an oatmeal and yogurt bar that had signs encouraging you to add the berries to your oatmeal or yogurt. If I'm being honest, you can get a better breakfast at the Starbucks and McDonald's 2 minutes away. I also didn't see any local newspapers in the lobby. All things considered, the Springhill Suites is pretty typical of a newer Springhill Suites. Staff and the location are great. The lack of a bar or beer or wine in the market is disappointing and means the hotel is losing money from guests who go elsewhere to spend money. I will almost certainly return as Great Falls doesn't have any better hotels.

Questo posto era davvero cattivo, forse il peggiore che abbia mai visto (e ho soggiornato in molti hotel più economici. )Arrivammo a Great Falls dopo 15 ore di guida con la nostra famiglia. Non siamo persone squisite; non ci importa di stare in posti più economici, più vecchi, finché sono puliti. Quando ho prenotato l'hotel, le recensioni sembravano “ok”. Ecco quello che abbiamo trovato: - innanzitutto, ha profumato come sigarette quando siamo entrati in lobby, ma non pensavamo che fosse una grande quantità. Il resto dell'hotel ha profumato come vecchie sigarette. - il tipo del divano era molto amichevole e utile - la camera: -fori e fori di sigaretta sopra entrambi i confortanti- fori/pelli sotto i protettivi della materassi (un letto aveva tre protettivi della materassi su di esso, tutti i rivestimenti di gomma che coprono le strade e che sanno cosa tra ciascuna strato ) - tinture di sangue e tinture casuali in tutto il corpo protettivi - grasso/impronta di cibo che erano stati lasciati fuori dalla porta a microonde, -carpette avevano sporco visibile e tinture che non erano state vuote -ttinture/alimenti Sulla parte superiore del desk - specchio e TV avevano impronte a mano e grasso tutto - il bagno era dipinto, è difficile dire se c'era stato alcuna pulizia.... abbiamo quasi deciso di dormire nel nostro furgone con i nostri figli prima di rimanere la notte lì. Non capisco perché in alcune recensioni le camere sono state positive, ma non è stata la nostra esperienza. Quando ho detto al ragazzo di front desk che andavamo via, ha risposto in modo che mi ha detto che non era la prima volta che qualcuno se n’era andato a causa della condizione delle camere. Disse: “Ok, lo vedrò, e spero che la prossima volta ci riusciremo meglio”. E poi mi ha fatto salutare la porta.

Il mio marito e io ci siamo davvero divertiti. Le camere sono molto pulite e il desk front sono così amichevole. Bailey al front è così fantastico. È andata sopra e oltre per aiutarci a risolvere sono prenotazioni e ci ha portato anche un frigo perche' abbiamo uscito in camera. 💯 ... Anche MJ è molto amichevole e molto utile.
