Ipswich Town Centre (Quayside)

酒店位置非常好，地鐵，公交車就在門口，去所有地方都很方便。

距離: 車站及市中心分別十分鐘左右, 還算方便. 隔條馬路就是海邊 酒店: 酒店設施有點舊, 清潔度及服務尚算可以.

I would avoid this hotel - They had overbooked and didn't have enough rooms for everyone. We wound up in the disabled room which didn't have a proper shower and the water kept going cold. Couldn't check in properly as all the self-service terminals were broken, so I have no idea if they took my license plate properly or I will get fined for using the car park. There was only one member of staff working check in during the busiest period which meant we had to wait ages to check in and in the end it was one of the restaurant staff who checked us in - Giving us a key and just telling us what room to go to. It was all really unprofessional and awkward. Not at all what I expect from Premier Inn to be honest.

Had a lovely stay for the football,breakfast was very nice and staff were very accommodating particularly Maisie who went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed our stay!! The room was very nice, we stayed in a premier plus and it had everything we needed including extra pillows and a fridge which was quite handy

The room revamp is great, everything is very fresh & clean and the rooms and bathrooms are so much better. What makes this Premier Inn brilliant is actually the staff. Every single team member is absolutely superb, helpful, friendly and kind.

We stayed for 4 nights we asked for the room to be cleaned & when we arrived back it hadn't been done, so we asked & they said we had lot of people checking out. So they would rather clean rooms with no one in rather then look after the customers that are still there, we was told to leave all rubbish & towels outside the door ( really) we again asked for a room clean loo roll soap dispenser replenish, we got loo roll but that was all so hence the bad reviews. We didn't expect much but I just don't know what to say customer service very poor Better get a Travelodge as we stayed there in December over Xmas and it was so much better sorry but it's not our fault if your short staffed you take the money but don't give the service !!!! Tut Tut
