酒店有些古舊、距離火車站都近、部份員工都好好、這次入住房間比預訂中升級了，未有預訂早餐沒有什麼評價

Ho pernottato una sola notte presso questo Best Western. Mi è piaciuto molto il raccoglimento della stanza singola assegnata e pure la sala della prima colazione, arredata con il legno. Essendo cliente Best Western ho notato un arredamento diverso rispetto agli hotel della stessa catena alberghiera ( mi riferisco alla hall di ingresso ed alla sala colazione), cosa che non mi dispiace perché è più caratteristico e meno asettico come stile. Check in ok. La colazione è stata molto apprezzata e gustata in maniera rilassante.

personale molto gentile, stanza molto pulita e letto comodo. non abbiamo usufruito di colazione e altri servizi. buona posizione volendo si arriva a piedi in centro (20minuti a piedi) oppure con mezzi pubblici facilmente raggiungibili la stanza e il bagno sono molto piccoli. davanti al letto ci sono pochi centimetri per passare. il bagno è davvero piccolo e la doccia oltretutto accumulava acqua sul piatto. non c'è un parcheggio custodito ma abbiamo potuto lasciare la macchina in strada proprio davanti all'ingresso. ottimo per una breve permanenza

Il personale era molto cordiale e disponibile. Ho fatto una prenotazione sbagliata, pensavo di aver prenotato 3 notti ma in realtà erano 2. Hanno provato a contattarmi quando dovevo fare il check out, ma non sono arrivato fino a tarda sera. Hanno detto che erano preoccupati che mi fosse successo qualcosa. Il personale delle pulizie ha raccolto tutti i miei beni, ha piegato tutti i miei vestiti e li ha impacchettati ordinatamente. Apprezzo molto il loro aiuto e la loro ospitalità. Gente così gentile.

We stayed here one night it was close by train station checkin was good but we change our room for the smell it had in it, the room is basic with most amenities but get what you pay for can be alittle noisy but all good about a 15min walk into the old town we had a good stay.

I paid the hotel twice as the staff let me pay the stay although it was already paid, after that also ******* reimbursed me something. The hotels communication about what mistakes happened was not clear and in the end I paid 3 times in order for them to get the money once, as they made so many mistakes.That can happen and is not a problem but the unfriendliness and the lack of communication cost me a lot of time as well. The room was clean, but very basic and not comfy. No recommendation from my side as I at least expect an apology and friendly solution to the mistake and caused problem.
