Plus points - the location is good and the rooms are a decent size with decent facilities Minus points - the staff friendliness was a bit hit and miss - some where great, some not so helpful. The room service was a bit patchy - one day no towels, another day tea and coffee not replenished. The parking was also not ideal - I booked this hotel because it had hotel parking. I arrived around 10pm and was told the car park was full and I'd have to find somewhere to park myself either on the road outside or search the internet for a car park close by! Not really what I wanted to hear having travelled for around 12 hours - fortunately there was one remaining space fairly close which was a relief. We were lucky for the remainder of our stay that we managed to get a space in the undeground car park. If you do get a space the car park is really good - well lit, modern and easy to park with good room for each parking space. Overall our stay was ok.

I do not recommend staying at the B&B Hotel - Graz Hbf -- details are below, but to sum it up, the condition of the hotel room was not appropriate for guests and we should not have been booked, and nothing was done to resolve the horrible smell in the room. My family and I booked two rooms for a weekend in July to stay in Graz to attend the Austrian Grand Prix, and have a hotel in close proximity to the train station. Because there were 4 people in our group, we needed to book two rooms. We were traveling with our young children so we requested rooms near to each other and were assigned rooms next door to each other. The smell and odor in one of the rooms that I was staying in with one of my children was horrible. It was coming from the shower drain, like something was rotting or clogged in there. It smelled as though someone vomited or put something decaying in the shower drain, along with cigarette smoke. It made the entire room smell disgusting. I spoke to the front desk attendant on Saturday morning and was told housekeeping would attend to it immediately. When we returned Saturday evening after being away all day, the smell was still overpowering. I was told the hotel was full and nothing could be done for us. I had the nighttime desk attendant come up to smell the room. I again spoke to the front desk attendant on Sunday morning and was told the room had been checked but nothing could be done. I asked her to please go into the room to understand the terrible smell and to move our room for Sunday night. We were moved to another room that evening since there were rooms available then. Even though it was not very warm outside, both rooms were also very warm, the air conditioning not appearing to be working. The windows did not have screens on them, so if we opened them to try to cool off the rooms (and also to air out the smell in the one room), the room would fill with moths. The condition of the one room was not appropriate for a guest to stay in, and it was an even bigger problem that no one could do anything to fix it. The multiple people at the hotel desk that we spoke with said nothing could be done because it was a weekend and the hotel was full on the Saturday evening. We were unable to sleep because the rooms were so warm and the smell in the one room made us feel ill. They could not provide a cot or roll-away so that all of us could stay in one room instead. I was later told by the hotel management: ”On Saturday morning the room was immediately checked after you spoke with the front deck, and the shower drain was opened and deeply cleaned. We just found out later that it didn't help, as it should, because a brand new part of the drain was needed.” Clearly from this message, there was a serious issue with the plumbing in the room. The condition of the room was not appropriate for guests to stay in it, and we should not have been placed there. Non posso dirvi che non si trasferisce dalla sporca che nessuno ha cercato di trasferirsi, e stare in un posto che sembra sporco è così sfortunato come stare in uno che è davvero sporco: entrambi fare una serata e una mattina scorrevole.E... .Ogni volta che rimango, una visita ogni poche settimane!-- il posto sembra peggiore.Depressivo.Quanto costa Domesos, dopo tutto?Forse la vernice fresca è fuori dalla domanda, ma...sono nudi i bordi disegnati del segno? Per farlo non rompererebbe la A&O.

L'hotel sembra nuovo. Progettato in modo minimalista, riducendo i costi pur servendo l'essenziale. Un ostello, in effetti. Situato a più di 15 minuti in auto dal centro della città, l'hotel offre un parcheggio gratuito per attirare i residenti. Il trasporto pubblico è meno affidabile. La colazione è economica (€10,5), la scelta è comprensibilmente scarsa. In breve, è tranquillo, pulito e semplice.

Ich habe ein Einzelzimmer gebucht und auch ein solches bekommen! Allerdings habe ich schon mehr als 20 Jahre nicht mehr in so einem winzigen Bett geschlafen, ich dachte dass es das nicht mehr gibt. Das Haus ist seit kurzer Zeit Mitglied der Best Western Gruppe, ist aber standardmäßig noch nicht dort angekommen. Das Haus war ziemlich leer und ich hatte die Hoffnung dass ich aufgrund meines Mitgliedsstatus bei Best Western ein Zimmer mit einem ”normalgroßen” Bett bekomme, aber nein.....Das Rezeptionspersonal war sehr freundlich, aber das kann leider auch nicht über das Zimmer hinwegtrösten. Das Haus ist für Bahnreisende gut gelegen, in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs mit Straßenbahnverbindung ins Zentrum. Resumé: Kein Highlight am Grazer Hotelhimmel!

Questo hotel è perfetto per coloro che arrivano con il treno direttamente sulla strada dalla stazione principale, probabilmente l'hotel più vicino. Diversi posti per mangiare e bere se arrivare tardi come ero, anche se è una passeggiata decente per tutti i siti principali, prob 1.5 km, ma come è così vicino alla stazione ci sono molte opzioni tram e autobus. Non ci sono colazione, come era 19 EUR che è molto costoso per un colazione a buffet. Le camere erano belle e moderne, anche se qualcosa di molto strano. Il mio letto era vibrante, come si sperimenta quando c'è musica con una pesante basso sotto di te. Fortunatamente c'era un altro letto in camera, quindi mi sono swapto e tutto è andato bene. Non posso ancora spiegarlo :) Ma mi consiglierei molto se venissi in treno, soprattutto quando ci sono 24 ore come me, ma se rimani più giorni, potresti voler stare vicino alla vecchia città.

bell'hotel storico situato a 10 metri dalla piazza principale di Graz e dall'incrocio delle principali linee del tram: situazione più centrale non esiste. nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono dei musei, bei palazzi barocchi, ristoranti, caffè e il più maestoso grande magazzino della città. camera singola 320 al 3° piano abbastanza spaziosa con vasca da bagno e affaccio su un vicoletto silenziosissimo, bella TV grande. prima colazione un po' cara a 17€ extra, ma buffet abbondante e variegato. splendida la sala al terreno del grande atrio che caratterizza così tipicamente l'hotel con i suoi tre piani e le centinaia di piante che lo adornano e che danno quasi l'idea di stare in un'immensa serra: il lucernaio sul tetto dà molta luce e accresce l'atmosfera. obbligo di indossare mascherina dentro l'hotel tranne che mentre si fa la prima colazione; reception circondata di plexiglass; addette in turno sempre isolate. il caffè che normalmente occuperebbe la sala colazione nell'atrio e funzionerebbe durante il giorno è attualmente chiuso per via del Covid. il bar di sera invece è aperto. tariffa buona trovata sul sito dell'hotel e scelta finale azzeccata e raccomandabilissima.

Stayed here for one night in April 2023 and thought it was fine. There is still reconstruction work going on on floor 1 but we didn't hear it. Did I hear it on the weekend? No. The junior suite was absolutely fine with a little balcony and a table outside. I am surprised this hotel doesn't have better reviews on here. POSITIVES: The room was very nice, bed was comfy and staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent too. It is about 5 minutes to walk to the number 6 tram at the Friedhof St. Peter (Cemetery) stop from Moserhofgasse - this gets you into the city very quickly. NEGATIVES: There are only 5 very minor negatives about the stay here, which is the reason it only gets 4 out of 5. 1. Parking charges - you are nowhere near the middle of Graz but they would like you to park in their garage at a cost. Alternatively they offer you green zone parking on the street outside which is free, but only at the weekend. Why on earth they cannot come to some deal with the the BILLA supermarket next door is beyond me, as BILLA car parks are never full up. 2. The pillows were stupidly squashy and there were no spares/extra pillows in the room. 3. We were not offered a Wifi password when we arrived and used BILLA free wifi next door instead. 4. No spoons in the room. Granted they have a very nice Nespresso coffee machine and capsules but no spoons or stirrers for the coffee. The advert stated the room had a fridge - it didn't. 5. The HOTEL TV is a nuisance as the remote didn't work, neither did the HDMI socket. Why hotels switch off HDMI sockets on TVs is ridiculous - this is 2023 and we can bring our own devices, watch what we want on them and be able to plug them into the TV in the hotel. They need to fix this and regularly check their remote controls. If you are stuck for something to do on a Sunday, the Grazer Trödlermarkt (Fleamarket) is within walking distance of this hotel and although you probably won't buy anything, it is a real trip down memory lane looking at all the old junk that they have for sale there.

Ottima posizione, a pochi passi dall'opera. Splendido albergo, moderno e molto urban, con interni curati, colori caldi, staff gentile. Sono arrivato molto presto la mattina e mi hanno subito assegnato una stanza, senza sovrapprezzo. Attaccato alla reception si trova un bar con un ampia scelta di gin di tutti i paesi dove questa catena di alberghi è presente. La mia camera dava sulla piazza principale, di per sé assai trafficata, ma l'isolazione delle finestre è ottima e non si sente quasi niente. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo (ho pagato 120 euro). L'unico neo: la camera era piuttosto piccola. Ma pur sempre grande quanto basta

What a great place to stay,just out of city centre but easy access in to town with a punctual and efficient tram and bus network. Originally booked the basic room (cheapest) upgraded when I got there and well worth the little extra with a balcony also. The staff were helpful and friendly and I look forward to returning pretty soon...
