First our reservation was mixed up; by phone I was told a jr king suite, which would’ve fit our family, unfortunately when we arrived it was a deluxe executive, which did not fit our whole family ... partly my fault as I didn’t check the confirmation email ... la soluzione; aggiornare ad una suite reale con una suite doppia ragazze ad essa accanto ...Molte belle camere, comodi letti ... per un extra $200. Ci hanno dato un 10% sconto per l'inconveniente. (Apprezzo il personale che cercava di lavorare con noi, che erano molto amichevoli e che cercavano di accogliere la situazione) Quando si spostava, il cappuccio sul divano sembrava che qualcuno lo spostasse vicino e lo spalmasse, La zona della piscina era bella, la temperatura dell’acqua era molto buona, ma la doccia nella zona della piscina era grossa. Capelli ovunque, shampoo/condizionatore in basso sulle pareti e biscotti e asciugati, quindi si era certamente trovato per un po'. Abbiamo stabilito che hanno lasciato la manutenzione e la custodia a sedere al minimo per ottenere più profitto ... usciremo un altro hotel la prossima volta che visiteremo GP.

La piscina era meravigliosa e lo spazio tra ogni passo nella piscina era perfetto, perché la mia gamba destra ha perso molto forza e quando le scale sono spaziate troppo lontano, non posso entrare o uscire dalla piscina, quindi questa piscina mi ha colpito. La sala colazione con tutte le finestre con luce naturale era un bel toccamento.Il letto era molto comodo, così come le mutandine.I dipendenti del desk front sono anche molto amichevoli e accessibili. Hotel staff are friendly, the hotel and room was clean. The complimentary breakfast was good with bottomless coffee. My room was clean but the shower sucked, and the plate glass shower doors were jammed and very difficult to move, also lacked an air vent. The room didn’t have any air conditioning and the thermostat on the wall didn’t control anything!??

I'm completely unimpressed with the fact that they took my deposit and have not told me why and will not tell me why. So clearly it wasn't because they thought I was smoking in the room or they would say that and they would want more money because that's supposed to be a $500 fine. But the room that I was in they never had a problem with or a complaint with when they did go in and clean it so I don't understand why they had a problem with it on the day that I left and won't tell me what it was I want my deposit back.
