SpringHill Suites Grand Junction Downtown/Historic Main Street

new facility in a small town good location next to main busiest street. But linens are kind of old and rough, apparently used and washed many times without replacing. Services are barely existent and staff training is way under expectation of Marriott standard I ever had. Rooms are equipped but very basic supplies. No tooth brushes and slippers.

we were there for 4 nights and they did not freshen the room up one time the garbage never changes the towels never replenished.

My principal frustration was more of an issue with the other guests’ behavior than the staff or property. Kids slamming doors and stomping and jumping on the floor until 1 am. The clerk apologized when I called to inform them and I was told, “Yeah, we’ve got a lot of complaints tonight. Sorry.” I guess my other frustration is why don’t hotels stagger or space guest when it’s only 1/3 full?

We would definitely stay here again. Great room. The breakfast was beyond what we expected. Can’t think of anything we would change.

This was our 2nd visit in a week and enjoyed every part of thr services, room, breakfast.

I always stay at this hotel when visiting my family near Grand Junction. It’s in downtown and the location is lovely. Near shops and especially pretty with Christmas lights on the streets by hotel. Lovely to walk in the evening.

Beautiful property and area. Well maintained and very clean. Helpful customer service and nice / comfortable rooms.

Christmas lighting in the street was nice. However, I stepped out to drop my husband off at work, when I came back, the maids had cleaned our room already. They cleaned out everything! We left things in there that were taken and I have tried calling since Wednesday and have not been successful. I thought check-out time was until noon. I didn't even check out with the front desk

We definitely stayed here again. We just came for the weekend for a wedding! Definitely planning on coming back!!
