we went there for honeymoon. Everything was good especially staff service, food, we’ll go there next year again

Das Hotel ist wunderbar konzipiert und bietet ein ansprechendes Ambiente. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Animationsteam bietet tolle Angebote und ist sehr motiviert. Das Essen ist traumhaft. Eine Kritik habe ich noch: Eine Tischtennisplatte für draußen wäre schön gewesen. Die vorhandene ist leider in einem schlechten Zustand und muss dringend ausgetauscht werden. Sonst ist das Hotel für jeden zu empfehlen, der einen entspannten Urlaub genießen möchte.

Приезжали 22-23.10.2022 на сутки.Номер дали большой и чистый. Территория отеля небольшая,но всё что нужно есть. Аниматоры зажигалки даже в конце сезона. Развлечений хватает. Еда нормальная. Алкоголь турецкий (лучше много не употреблять))) хорошая детская площадка и мини диско. Единственный минус -это дым из кухни вечером. Мне кажется,обычный неплохой отель за очень небольшие деньги

Меня заселили в номер более дешевый,номер был без окон и с кондиционером который дует на кровать(его не выключить потому что это единственный способ получения воздуха в номер),вытяжка в ванной даже не подавала признаков жизни,жить в таких условиях не возможно.После того как на ресепшене я сказала что не могу жить в этой коробке и хочу номер который я оплачивала,мне сказали на сегодня других номеров нет хотите живите хотите уезжайте.И да с такой проблемой как оказалась столкнулась не только я.На просьбу вернуть деньги которые я оплатила и отменить заказ,так как они не в состоянии его выполнить,мне сказали денег не будет.Максимум что они сделают это поменяют номер завтра в 9-9:30 утра.Но по итогу номер поменяли только в 12,на мои слова кто вернёт разницу и моральную компенсацию,работник ресепшене сказал что пришлёт мне фрукты в номер 🤬И вообще разница не большая и вообщем то он и так дал мне номер который лучше🤦‍♀️,но это не правда он дал номер который я оплатила,я требовала и скандалила и мы сошлись на том что у меня будет позднее выселение.Как итог,настроение было испорчено,день рождения ребёнка было испорчено,так как в этот день я должна была заниматься разборками и переселением.Почему вы продаёте номера которых по факту нет?Почему не заселяете в лучший,а селите в убогую коробку без воздуха и вентиляции???И никто не несёт ответственность,вы ничего не докажите,отель не настроен на клиента.О номере:кровать просто деревянная в прямом смысле этого слова,на ней не возможно спать,номер мягко говоря устал,постельное и полотенца чистотой не пахнут,они тоже устали и выглядят ужасно,плюс все разное(нет комплектов),в номерах грязно.Мойка полов это пол бутылки воды на грязную тряпку и елозанье(это то что я лично видела),вообщем от уборки я отказалась сразу,просила не убирать.Вечные проблемы с ключами,они часто не работают и так у всех,персонал вам не откроет номер,даже если рядом,вам нужно идти на ресепшн ,хоть раз за заезд вы это испытаете.Еда +- как везде,но грязная посуда.Работники в ресторане стараются,они молодцы,но видно что не успевают физически.К ним вообще претензии нет,всегда стараются помочь.Бассейн большой,но возле него практически не убирают(по вечерам тараканы),очень скользко,прям очень, падают и танцуют в воздухе все.Уволились спасатели и горки не работали два дня.Почему должны страдать отдыхающие не понятно(опять же,всем плевать),лестница на горки оставляет желать лучшего.Ребята на баре молодцы,всегда на позитиве и готовы помочь.Анимация вот прям как надо,они не напрягают,но и скучать не дают.Вечерние программы слабые,через день живая музыка(так дешевле и это понятно),но через день что то интересное,в других отелях программы лучше.Диско для взрослых нет,хотите тусить 10$ и вас отвезут в клуб и в 2:30 вернут обратно в отель.Вообщем впечатления двоякие об отеле,все было не очень плохо,но этих денег он не стоит,деньги содрали и дальше как хочешь,отель не настроен на клиента.Я однозначно не рекомендую и не вернусь.

Me and my friends had a great experience at this hotel! The staff is amazing, food is tasty, there are a lot of entertainments. A great impression was left by animator of this hotel- Giorgi. That man could put a smile even on the most boring person face! In the evening there's a really nice romantic lighting all over the territory. Talking about food there was a lot of variaty. Some nights they were serving sushi, lobsters, quails. And I gotta say the quality was really good. A big thank you for general manager Halil Ibrahim❤️

The rooms are ok, the food is tasty. As for the bar and the drinks, it is very poor. The drinks menu is very narrow, the bartenders understand only Turkish, Russian is very poor, so it is very difficult to communicate. All drinks come in plastic glasses, which is very low. There is no space on the beach, if you come later, you will not find a place. the price of the hotel does not correspond to the quality at all. A total disappointment.

It was a great hotel with fantastic entertainment where you can have an unforgivable holidays. Friendly staff, very clean. Various food for different tastes, comfortable place for family trip. Good night shows, neat pools, lovely beach specially at sunrise.

Arrived here to a nice welcome. Asked if I would like to upgrade the room for a cash charge. Saw the room and didn’t like it and so they showed me the room. I was allocated (standard room) and it was on first floor overlooking a roof and we literally couldn’t see anything accept a huge roof. I did pay extra 26£ per person for a pool side veiw on booking with love holidays, which didn’t show up on their system, just said standard room. So he showed me another room on top floor which was the same standard room just had a view. I was changed an extra £35. I paid it because I didn’t want to be stuck on first floor. Also one of our party didn’t come and we lost £1500 on our holiday. But they didn’t seem to mind and still charged me £35… I’m glad I did as the view was amazing could see the sea and the mountains… Hotel has wear and tear which is fine. But isn’t the cleanest. When we came to the room there was dust on lamps. Smeared mirrors, dirty skirting boards and finger prints on tv. So no deep clean for new arrivals. Food was standard for an all inclusive, always found something to eat. Beach was amazing, sea was lovely. it wasn’t an issue walking a few minutes out of the hotel to get to it. Main pool way too loud and busy and the quiet pool only has 8 sun loungers. Wish there were more pool options. Pool area clean and staff work hard. If you want a place at the main pool You need to put your towel out about 6.30-7am and there is no garantee that it will be there when you arrive to sit. We opted for the beach as if you get there at 10 it’s no issue with sun longer… Resurant isn’t that nice. It’s very busy at times and the tables are a bit dirty and same place mats are used and not really cleaned. Ice cream was always melted so I didn’t bother to get any. There are not enough places to get drinks at night so have to Que up. We don’t drink alcohol so we were always waiting for people who were ordering cocktail drinks. Often there would only be one bar man. If you like a loud holiday this is definitely for you. As the pool is loud all day with loads of activities going on.. But if you want peace and a bit of quiet it’s a bit hard around the pool…. most people here are Russian and I only saw 1 other English family in the whole two weeks we were there. The staff don’t really speak English. I don’t mind as I generally keep myself to myself anyway but I went with my daughter who is 15 and would have liked to make friends and was difficult as no one spoke English and the women and girls seemed a bit rude they look you up and down all the time. We got so used to it and it just made us laugh. It was nice to have a bit of atmosphere outside with all the shops. If you want to buy any extra snacks you need to walk about 10-15 minutes to the cheaper supermarket as the ones outside charge triple the amount for Doritos and crisps etc… The people in the shops outside get a bit annoyed when you don’t buy stuff. So good , animation is so good, rooms a little old needs improvement , the pool area so crowded, enjoyed kids activities and entertainment, restaurant and food are so good. Happy to be here with my family my kids enjoyed their planned vacation.

we have a good holiday here , everything going well , the Entertainment is very nice they have a lot of activities here , Morning gym aqua aerobics , see gymnastics , voleyball , , dart game , boccia , step aerobics etc , we are vey happy here and we will certainly come back .

cockroaches in the children's area. the air conditioning was moldy. reservation of places at the swimming pool with a towel. no one is keeping an eye on it! Cleaning lady disaster 4124! at -1 it smells like fungus. The air conditioning doesn't work, we got a fan

We are very happy. Entertaiment in high level! Beautiful hotel and all area arroud the hotel is very nice. My kids have fun, pool are quite big. Hotel is clear. Restaurant open 24 hours. City is pretty and a lot to see arround as well. Mountan ans sea is aleays amazing view.
