Terrible service, do not recommend... Upon arrival there was no one to serve me and spent some time waiting. When was finally seen to, the in keeper appeared wearing a big robe and was apparently intoxicated. He had no knowledge of my online booking and was even more time sorting it out. Throughout he was constantly clearing his throat which was disgusting. Once finally sorted the room I went down stairs and was immediately harassed by a man hanging around the staff room area. The keeper had to step in! Did not feel safe the entire stay. Room smelled of bleach and common showers worked poorly. Very noisy plumbing that can be heard from the rooms. Not worth the small saving of $20 for other motels available

Do not stay here at all. No heating it is filthy and management ignored you when you explain that you can’t stay there. We didn’t even last 15min. With no heating and two kids it wasn’t good enough in winter. Do not stay. It smells like urine in the bathroom

No frills budget accommodation that was clean, comfortable and cosy. On a cold night the heating did the job. Water pressure in the shower was 'knock you over' good. Location was convenient for Goulburn and surrounding area.

If you are looking for a place just to get a night’a sleep on a drive from somewhere to somewhere then this is it. Cheap, clean, basic and comfortable. It is not pretending to be anything else. Communal shower/toilet. The room has a basin/fridge/TV/kettle with basis tea&coffee supplied. Ear plugs handy if you are a light sleeper

We reached at around midnight and the hotel gave us clear instructions on how to collect key in the after hours. When we reached the hotel, the passenge way is very dark, one of the room toilet's light has blown so there is no light while taking shower. The room is quite clean and bed is quite comfy.
