Man muss das Plakat außen am Hotel wörtlich nehmen: es kommt darauf an was drin ist. Ja, man erschrickt, weil es eher wie ein Motel, denn ein Hotel aussieht, aber es ist GUT. Mit Abstrichen: - große Zimmer. Ja die Verkabelung ist eine Katastrophe :-) aber es hat ausreichend Platz für das Gepäck, es ist überwiegend sauber, die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Bäder super, da neu. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei. Interessant: man kann via kleiner Treppe in den Garten und dort sitzen im Grünen. Klasse, wir hatten einen Hund dabei... Laut? Nein, da läuft eine Autobahn hinterm Haus, die Straßenbahn auf der anderen Seite, aber laut ist es nicht! - Lage: SUPER. Wir mit Auto und Dachbox, es gibt so gut wie kein Hotel in Göteborg wo man damit Parken kann. Die Straßenbahn Fahrt in 20 Minuten zur Oper. Der Schnellbus in einer Station (acht Minuten) zum Bahnhof. Das Hotel kann ohne City-Maut angefahren werden. - Küche: besser als erwartet. Sie variieren, es schmeckt gut, Buffet immer nachgefüllt und sauber. Kaffeeautomat mit allen Variationen. Ich würde mir mehr vegetarische Variationen wünschen. Leider kommt das Personal mit dem Aufräumen nicht hinterher. Aber es gibt auch Gäste die sich für alles zu schade sind. - Personal: gut, freundlich, auskunftsfreudig. Hatte ich schon bei den Vorab Telefonaten gemerkt. - Mängel: klar vorhanden. Sauberkeit an den Türen zu den Parkplätze nicht vorhanden. Griffe an den Fenstern mit Gewalt verbogen (taten aber noch), Teppichboden in den Fluren, okay. Wir waren mit unserer Wahl sehr zufrieden, und das Hotel auch durchaus empfehlen.

Abbiamo appena amato Gotyhenberg e la posizione vicino alla stazione ferroviaria di questo scandalo era proprio grande. L'abbiamo scelta per tre colazioni e non siamo stati delusi. La varietà era solo bella. La camera era piccola ma confortevole, il letto era anche piccolo ma molto confortevole. La doccia e le strutture erano belle. Sono una persona alta, quindi avrei apprezzato una stanza leggermente più grande, ma immagino ci siano qualunque, che non è una grande questione in sé. La grande critica per noi è stata la mancanza di una ricezione utile - siamo venuti ad essere abituati al personale orientato al servizio clienti in tutto il mondo dove abbiamo soggiornato, ma quando abbiamo bisogno di aiuto per ottenere un rimborso per un biglietto di autobus per l'aeroporto sbagliato, Ci è stato detto che non potevano chiamare e che dovevamo farlo dalla stanza a costo, ma non potevamo capire la risposta, perché sembrava assolutamente inutile e fredda. This place is just perfect. When we checked in we got a refreshment while we paid for the room. We had the most incredible suite. The ceilings had to be 16’ at least with equally huge windows looking over an amusement park. It was my husbands birthday s And they gave up a platter of fruits and cheese to make it extra special. We had 2 bathrooms which was really nice The bed was heavenly and super comfortable. The shower had great hot water pressure and the toiletries supplied were superior. We checked out the spa which was included. It was modern and clean. The following morning the we had the best breakfast of our entire trip. The service for a complimentary was five stars. The night before they asked what time we like to leave and they had our car ready waiting before we could even call with bottles of water added . What are great hotel. One of the best we have stayed in anywhere in the world. This is a place we would come back to without hesitation.
