Ho prenotato una conferenza per il nostro gruppo con poche persone che viaggiano a Gothenburg a livello internazionale, ma, a causa di circostanze fuori dal nostro controllo, la riunione è stata annullata. Poiché è stato cancellato 4 giorni prima della data di inizio, potevamo recuperare solo il 15% del denaro. Capisco che sia chiaramente scritto nel contratto. Tuttavia, la prenotazione includeva alloggi, pranzo e pause di caffè. In realtà, l'importo era sostanziale. Se le camere fossero state prenotate separatamente, avremmo potuto cancellarle fino al giorno precedente senza penalità. Il mio consiglio, prenotare ogni articolo separatamente. Con la riunificazione di tutti gli articoli, c'è stato un sconto del 10%, che non vale il rischio, e, in buona volontà, mi aspettavo che la prossima volta che faccio una prenotazione simile, che naturalmente non è offerta. Quindi, comunicherò questo all'intera compagnia di 100+ persone e cercherò di non dare affari non solo all'Hotel Quality Panorama, ma anche all'intera catena.

Ospiti ricorrenti che si divertono molto bene. Molto piacevole personale. Sale fresche.

Al contrario della stazione centrale, è molto conveniente per viaggiare tram e autobus, e non più di trenta minuti a piedi. Il cameriere della ricetta dell'hotel è molto gentile. La camera è grande, ha una piccola piazza e il ristorante sotterraneo è coperto dal fondo degli occhi.La vasca e il bagno sono ampie, e l'aria condizionata è anche controllata alla temperatura confortevole. La colazione è principalmente di pane e uova, e le specie sono ancora ricca.

It was a quite wonderful experience to stay at First G hotel in terms of the following, I can actually say I have never gotten this kind of experience outside of Japan in my life. Their services with smiling faces, breakfast especially scrambled egg and a lot of line up of breads, convenient location to take almost all trams which will take you anywhere in Goteborg, finally entire performance per cost. It’s very rare you find a hotel that checks all the boxes but this is it for me. Had the friendliest welcome when arriving at a late hour. The check in was quick, easy and I was in my room in no time. I’d forgotten adapters for my electrical items, the hotel was like no problem. Turns out the rooms have USB and USB-C plugs in the rooms so was covered. Moving onto the room. I had the best sleep ever. Perfect climate control. Wonderful views to wake up to and just every little detail was just amazing. After a delicious breakfast (lots of choice, Swedish and international cuisine), I explored the hotel further, the gym looks really good (I didn’t use it… just told myself I should have) and they also had a sauna. Moving outside, the location. The freshest air ever (it was nice to breath there) and literally just over the water from the city centre. If you like to walk, it’s perfectly acceptable however as I travelled with people who don’t like to walk, the hotel directed us to a bus stop one minute away. Literally two stops later, you’re in the centre. The hotel pointed out the work being done on the water front. There’ll soon be the option of getting back and forth that way. Finally, the team. It’s clear that this hotel clearly has the customers at the heart of what they do. Everyone I spoke to was warm, friendly and open to sharing hints and tips to make our stay in Gothenburg magical. And it was… EVERYONE needs to visit this wonderful city. I’m already planning my next trip and I will definitely stay again at this hotel.

Great environment, centrally located and attentive staff

Accoglienza molto cordiale e buon trattamento. L'a**osfera dell'hotel è nel complesso molto piacevole. La posizione è buona, vicino al centro e al Nordstan.

La posizione è piuttosto buona, con una fermata di autobus vicino e si può raggiungere facilmente il centro della città. La stanza è pulita e confortevole.

Questo è un hotel dove i miei figli continuano a tornare solo per divertimento e ricreazione. Abbiamo tutto a noi - le decorazioni, le letti confortevoli, la palestra, il colazione e il personale caldo e accogliente!
