Uno degli hotel più belli in cui abbia soggiornato per un po', soprattutto per il prezzo che è eccellente per un hotel nel cuore della città. Molto vicino all'autobus per l'aeroporto (100 m) e a pochi passi da tutto il centro. Tutto il personale era sorridente e molto disponibile, e una menzione speciale per l'eccellente colazione a buffet. La camera era di ottime dimensioni, così come il bagno. Wi-Fi abbastanza veloce e mi è piaciuto molto l'insolito set di manubri in ogni stanza per un allenamento veloce! Ci tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio vivamente.

È stato molto piacevole soggiornare in questo hotel che si trova proprio nel centro della città, vicino a tutto, come la stazione centrale, il centro commerciale, i ristoranti, la piazza della città, ecc.

Hotel super buono, ottimo servizio, ma i letti erano un disastro.. per 4.500 SEK a notte dovresti avere letti migliori

L'hotel era carino e in una buona posizione, ma la camera era troppo calda poiché l'aria condizionata non era regolabile e non era in grado di aprire alcuna finestra.

It’s good location, very near train station but hotel is old.

We arrived at 7:30 pm and were told we got a room “upgrade”. The room was small so we really wondered what the “original” room looked like. The bed had stains on the cover that was laid under the mattress which didn’t look good. We went down to the lobby and found nobody present. We moved on to the restaurant, it was 8 pm. Half full and we were met with the wonderful advise that they were closed for service. This was Friday May 16th and the menu board was still at the entrance door to the restaurant. We went back to the reception and queried why the restaurant was not serving dinner at 8 pm on a Friday. The receptionist looked dumbfounded and told us it usually serves dinner at least until 9 pm but she took no action to assist us except to say we could walk fir 15 minutes to the Aveny, a street with lots of restaurants but could not suggest any close by. We ended up going to, as it happened, a fantastic restaurant right around the corner called Le Pigalle on the top floor of, we guess, a competing hotel. Fabulous meal in a restaurant that knew how to treat their guests. In short we have regretfully no positive things to say about the ProfilHotels Opera in Gothenburg. Gothenburg was fantastic but when we return we will definitely not book at the Opera which is overpriced for the standard and service they offer. Total waste of money at this venue. Regretfully we did not bother to take any pictures of the place as it is nothing we wish to remember about it.

The hotel is perfect with good location and the nice breakfast. The room is quite clean and with everything I need.

Very nice location right next to the central station. Breakfast is also great. However, sauna and pool is not free for all guests.

The location could not be more central in the heart of Gothenburg. The hotel is a stone's throw from both the train and bus stations and walking distance from tons of restaurants and shops. The service is impeccable and the cleanliness exemplary - high gloss is the word!. I am not a pet owner but this little detail will warm the cockles of any dog owner's heart - the doggo welcome corner by the lifts across the aisle from the reception, with a bit of water and some dry nosh. (see picture). Great experience. A heart-felt recommendation for the hotel ,and a rave review for the breakfast!!!

The perfect choice, the wireless network signal is very good, the bath water is very large, the price is not expensive, the cost performance is super high, the breakfast is rich, and it is delicious, clean and hygienic, the service attitude is very good, and the luggage can be stored. It is really highly recommended! !

Very good location in city center. Like 2 minutes from train station. Breakfast was really good.

Excellent location, nice breakfast and great staff.

Just take few steps to rail station. Despite the room is not spacious, but everything’s great in general. Especially breakfast is surpassed my expectation.
