Hotel in zona Flume Ride, Gothenburg

La posizione è piuttosto buona, con una fermata di autobus vicino e si può raggiungere facilmente il centro della città. La stanza è pulita e confortevole.

It was a quite wonderful experience to stay at First G hotel in terms of the following, I can actually say I have never gotten this kind of experience outside of Japan in my life. Their services with smiling faces, breakfast especially scrambled egg and a lot of line up of breads, convenient location to take almost all trams which will take you anywhere in Goteborg, finally entire performance per cost. Abbiamo appena amato Gotyhenberg e la posizione vicino alla stazione ferroviaria di questo scandalo era proprio grande. L'abbiamo scelta per tre colazioni e non siamo stati delusi. La varietà era solo bella. La camera era piccola ma confortevole, il letto era anche piccolo ma molto confortevole. La doccia e le strutture erano belle. Sono una persona alta, quindi avrei apprezzato una stanza leggermente più grande, ma immagino ci siano qualunque, che non è una grande questione in sé. La grande critica per noi è stata la mancanza di una ricezione utile - siamo venuti ad essere abituati al personale orientato al servizio clienti in tutto il mondo dove abbiamo soggiornato, ma quando abbiamo bisogno di aiuto per ottenere un rimborso per un biglietto di autobus per l'aeroporto sbagliato, Ci è stato detto che non potevano chiamare e che dovevamo farlo dalla stanza a costo, ma non potevamo capire la risposta, perché sembrava assolutamente inutile e fredda. Per favore, può rispondere a questo per la prossima volta, come se si trovasse in un posto disgustoso ciò che ha più bisogno è utile, ”non può fare abbastanza per voi” e personale orientato al cliente - altrimenti perché sarebbe tornato?

It’s very rare you find a hotel that checks all the boxes but this is it for me. Had the friendliest welcome when arriving at a late hour. The check in was quick, easy and I was in my room in no time. I’d forgotten adapters for my electrical items, the hotel was like no problem. Turns out the rooms have USB and USB-C plugs in the rooms so was covered. Moving onto the room. I had the best sleep ever. Perfect climate control. Wonderful views to wake up to and just every little detail was just amazing. After a delicious breakfast (lots of choice, Swedish and international cuisine), I explored the hotel further, the gym looks really good (I didn’t use it… just told myself I should have) and they also had a sauna. Moving outside, the location. The freshest air ever (it was nice to breath there) and literally just over the water from the city centre. If you like to walk, it’s perfectly acceptable however as I travelled with people who don’t like to walk, the hotel directed us to a bus stop one minute away. Literally two stops later, you’re in the centre. The hotel pointed out the work being done on the water front. There’ll soon be the option of getting back and forth that way. Finally, the team. It’s clear that this hotel clearly has the customers at the heart of what they do. Everyone I spoke to was warm, friendly and open to sharing hints and tips to make our stay in Gothenburg magical. And it was… EVERYONE needs to visit this wonderful city. I’m already planning my next trip and I will definitely stay again at this hotel.

Fantastic location as it is near to the central station, tram and bus stop, and a supermarket. Generally, room is clean. Meals (breakfast, fika and dinner) is good too. Love that it offers vegetarian options. Had a great stay and may consider to stay here again if I visit Göteborg.

Accoglienza molto cordiale e buon trattamento. L'a**osfera dell'hotel è nel complesso molto piacevole. La posizione è buona, vicino al centro e al Nordstan.

Hotel molto centrale situato vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. Super bel servizio alla reception e fantastico servizio nel bar di anguille, si deve visitare questo bar. Belle camere pulite e personale amichevole. Un po'diffuso al colazione e difficile da prendere posti, quindi scegliere un'altra volta che il tempo di picco quando l'hotel è quasi pieno. Ma in generale un grande posto per rimanere.

Ciao. Il nostro soggiorno allo Scandic Europa è stato molto buono. Buon servizio e ospitalità. Quando nuoti in piscina, dovrebbe esserci un orologio sul muro in modo da sapere per quanto tempo puoi rimanere dentro. Perché è a tempo. Anche i pavimenti erano molto bagnati, quindi c'era un grosso rischio di scivolare. Era un po' difficile da trovare quando venivi dal parcheggio a Nordstan e andavi in albergo. La colazione era ottima. C'era molto da scegliere. Il succo sapeva principalmente di acqua.

Il personale che lavorava il weekend era molto bello e utile, e ho soggiornato qui molte volte, sempre così bello e un bel posto boutique per stare con molte cose fantastiche da piacere. Il giorno che ho controllato, oh mio Dio, da dove è venuta questa ragazza? Vuole essere un poliziotto svedese che mi ha fatto saltare la porta cercando di entrare. Ok, mi sono addormentato dopo colazione? Quindi cosa. Anche dopo avermi fatto un salto e avevo appena fatto un caffè nel lobby, mi ha fatto venire di nuovo in faccia chiedendomi se avevo fatto un salto? Era solo brutta, non professionale, il comportamento era incredibile. Veramente rovinò la mia esperienza all'hotel Pigalle. In realtà, non accetto che le persone pensano di essere meglio di tutti gli altri e pensano di poter parlare con persone come se fossero un pezzo di merda. Pertanto, purtroppo, non penso che rimarrò mai qui ancora... Mi dispiace, ma..

Molte foto dell'hotel sono false, non l'hotel stesso, ma l'ambiente circostante, e l'hotel è più vecchio, il fiore della camera di ottone è stato cattivo e la TV è aperta.Tutte le strutture devono essere prelevate, compresa la piscina, e le tariffe sono molto costose, il parcheggio deve anche essere prelevato, e il bagno è molto costoso! Alcuni beni non si sentono corretti!
