Mouldy in food in fridge and shower not cleaned. Hotel couldn't change room as fully booked so had to put up with it as nowhere else to go after checking in late at night. Avoid at all costs.

好像是坎諾克唯一一個樓房高的酒店了，酒店打車幾分鐘有奧特萊斯購物吃飯很方便，酒店很安靜，非常方便商務出差居住

Stayed here for 1 night. To cut a long motorway journey short, checked in at midnight, was given a room on the 3rd floor , opened the door to a really dated, shabby, freezing room… there was Moths in the bed, shower, there was a torn light shade next to the bed, the bed was grubby , toilet seat was not fixed on the toilet securly, the door lock was broken, and did’t lock properly and we had to shove our suitcase against it to feel secure Really shocked at the state of the room, would never stay again but staff seemed great !

A little dated but in a wonderful way, close to the M6 so excellent if you are travelling rooms are clean and extremely reasonably priced, staff are without exception helpful and friendly, good breakfast too, overall an excellent experience.

Spent a couple days here on business. The hotel is very good value for money. It was the cheapest hotel in the area but still provided all the things you expect from an IHG property. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom had good water pressure and the breakfast was really nice. These are the most critical factors when I stay away and this hotel delivered. Excellent value overall.

Check-in set the tone for my stay - a cheerful receptionist having issues with an unresponsive system. Heading up to the 5th floor I was surprised to see what looked like taps in the lift before realising they were the broken ends of a safety bar. My room - indeed the whole floor - smelt like stale smoke - not recent but permeating everywhere. Furniture had definitely seen better days, and the lampshade belonged in a bin. On the plus side - and the reason I didn't feel the need to move to another hotel - was that the bathroom was clean and functional, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable.

I stayed for four nights when visiting family and was very happy with the hotel. It was clean (and my room appeared to be very recently decorated). The bed was comfy and the breakfast was decent. Overall it was good value, and the staff were really lovely.

The reason this hotel gets the 2 star rating for me is purely for cosmetic and overall impressions. Firstly I have to say when your leave the lifts on each floor the first thing you notice is the smell. It's like a damp smell wherever you go. When you enter the room it smells like greasy hair it's not very nice. The single bed I was in was like a ship at sea, I kept thinking I'm going to be sprung out at any moment. The staff were lovely though, this is the biggest overall win for the hotel but generally it feels tired and run down and disappointing considering I stay in so many IHG chains.

Room 905, tatty, damaged, TV had no signal at all, no chair at all neither easy or office chair, tea spoons dirty covered in dried goup. The place as a whole is completely soulless reception and bar/dining area in particular. I understand this place had been hosting illegal immigrants, and the owning company have taken the generous funds the government pay them and then decided not to refurb the rooms themselves. Awful place! Staff nice, bed comfy though...
